Everyone at Villas at Park Place were excellent to work with, I could not have asked for a better experience. Everybody was kind, professional, and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them. The community here is awesome. I did a lot of looking before purchasing and am so happy. I know I made the right choice.

Important In Purchase - We loved the open floor plan and the "feel of the community". The location fit the "convenience" criteria we had set. The options allowed us to fit the home exactly to our needs. We have been thoroughly impressed with the developer and their staff. And, we feel "at home" with the other community members.

We auctioned off 90% of our furniture, and bought all new. Downsizing has been liberating! Our building process was seamless. We loved the flexibility and customization of premium added features that we were able to incorporate in our retirement home. The design, the craftsmanship and the location are perfect. Any Changes? - The windows would have trim rather than return drywall. The windows would be white on the interior. Improve the shower door quality. Provide stained concrete patio as a more cost effective option to paving stones.

Dave made modifications and coordinated with the trades to make it achieve them.

Important In Purchase - I thought the model house was nice, my daughter is right up the street, there aren't any steps, and all the people at the club are very professional and wonderful. They remember everything I said! It's like they actually listen, and a lot of people don't. Every one of them has been great.

Between the three of them it has made our experience very well. They are very professional and attempt to help in any way possible.
