I am happy with the installation and quality of work and I would base my recommendation on this. However, I have a 'buyer beware' issue with the final cost.

The work started out going well even though they started later than expected. At the end of the project they put play sand in between the stone instead of polymeric sand and they should have known better as it was sticking on the bottom of our shoes and we were tracking it in and out of my home. When I told the Project Manager he said let the rain wash it out and I will come back and replace it. That didn’t happen, I never heard anymore from him. So I washed the sand out of the stones and my husband went to Lowe’s and bought 6 bags of polymeric gray sand which matched the stone and I put it down after having an injection in my hip for pain. So I am truly dissatisfied with the way this went down. Not mention some design issues I did not
Like and was not changed.

Everything was delivered and installed as promised

This company displayed competence,knowledge and caring from the first interaction while we were shopping for a firm to the last interaction. They answered all our questions and even answered questions we had not thought of. The staff from the top down were professional, knowledgeable and willing to work with us. They made sure that the finished project was exactly what we wanted and even went the extra step to assure that the crushed granite stones that were removed for the pavers were repositioned in our front yard. The finished project was perfect and exactly what we wanted.

Not going to happen

From the time we placed the original order, it took approximately two months before anything happened. Then, once it was scheduled, it was rescheduled due to a shortage of pavers. So, it took a long time for the actual work to start, which I don't think is acceptable.

When the project manager came, I expressed my concerns about the work, and they agreed that it was not up to their usual standards. This week, we were supposed to have the pavers come back and correct the problem, but due to circumstances beyond our control, it couldn't be done. We may be able to do it tomorrow, but I'm not sure yet.

I didn't receive good customer service after I completed the design and started the project. It took a long time.

System Pavers was professional, on time, and easy to communicate with.

I would absolutely recommend this company projects are tough lots of moving pieces but System Pavers and the Project Manager made it seamless, and the times it wasn’t the fact that there was a solution already in play made it that much better. The quality and the beautiful aesthetic brought to my front yard is absolutely one of my favorite spots looking forward to more projects in the future.

I am happy with the finished product but the journey was not as expected. The project manager was fired in the middle of the project. Numerous delays caused this project to drag on. Existing irrigation lines were removed when I was told they could stay, then I was told they would reinstall them, but that never happened. Two sleeves were designated to be installed under the pavers but one of them was not installed as designated. There was a misunderstanding that I take responsibility for, but I think that could have been avoided if a 3D image was used to communicate the installation to me. I understand that a 3D image is a tool System Pavers has. At the end of the project the project manager stopped by to look at the job, however I was never told that he was coming so we never had time to review the job together.
