I would say over all, the work was very good. If anything, there were a number of "finishing" items that would probably annoy most people considering the amount of money being spent. Namely exposed concrete material along edges that really does not look good, also variances in garden wall/edging height that looks strange.
We are coming up with solutions to both of these issues on our own, but when I do recommend you to friends, I will be making sure they stay on top of this so they do not have the same results I did.

The job was supposed to start with two weeks. I was delayed and it took 4 months to finish. It was a simple job. Initial workers used my outside furniture to prop up their wet sander and ruined it. They took inexpensive buckets that were mine. They were to remove all debris and instead tossed it into the alley and left it for me to handle. I was not compensated for the furniture, buckets, dump run and concrete cement. Eventually another crew of one came back to fix shoddy job. Finally foreman fixed the loose bricks.
