I liked the web portal. It was nice being able to see each step of the project, from the consultation and design to the materials being ordered and the approximate start date.

There were too many issues with the installation and additional expenses for me to be able to recommend System Pavers. For example, the installation had a highly unfinished looked until we requested a second stair railing be installed. Costing an additional $1400.00.

The project manager was leaving it up to me to communicate about various aspects of the project and was never on the job-site when the two workers (who were limited due to language) were present.

Eric did not look after his crew. They used our yard tools and didn’t clean them. He did replace a wheel barrow.

We've already had someone talk to somebody about it—some friends of ours. So yes, I do recommend System Pavers.

We would definitely recommend the System Pavers team that worked on our project due to the quality of the work, the efficiency of the entire process and the transparency of the details and costs. Everyone showed up on schedule and the hard working installers were well supervised and respectful of our property. Proper preparation prevents problems and Randy, our excellent designer, and Harley, our excellent project manager, were examples of that.

This project was extremely long and plagued with poor communication and gaslighting. From the beginning our sales person over sold the project, ordered the wrong color fire pit and then blamed us. A YELP review was filled and we received one call and then we had to follow up to address the issue. Overall, it seemed as we were not a priority and our concerns were never taken seriously.

The design process was great and overall the project install was good. However the final fit and finish in certain areas wasn’t. I asked for it to be re-done and the response was to fill the gaps in with sand.

The overall process from design to completion was very easy.

Project took 9 months to complete. Multiple rework required. Promised dates were never met. Many more that should be addressed in the remaining questions in this survey.

There job in general went fine, but was nothing special. There was one hiccup where something went wrong, and there was some damage, resulting in some work needing to be redone. Apparently, it was the fault of the plumbers who put the sewer line in prior to the pavers being installed. Their work was coordinated with the paperwork. System papers tried to make me pay for this work. Additionally, there was a change order where system pavers removed a planter up against the exterior wall of my home. They left the wall with missing stucco and an unpainted base and I feel that that should’ve been part of the additional work.. I still have not been able to get that finished.

Everything from start to finish was great. Shayan was the first person we dealt with . He came to our house, explained things to us, measured our space and came up with some ideas with the things we wanted. Very nice , easy to talk to, not pushy at all, we enjoyed our time with him.
Alex and his team also were great. Alex also went over everything with us, explained every step … checked in with the crew and us.

They do excellent work, and this is my 4th project with them. I use them because they do such good work.

The design process was good, and the construction team and supervisor were unbelievably great. The only reasons I’m not giving five stars are that the price is a little high, and there were issues with the original design. We were shown one proposal, agreed to it, signed all the documents, only to be told that it was in violation of code after the fact. That was disappointing. And then when it came to build the revised proposal, the construction crew supervisor realized that the design measurements were wrong.

I am very happy with how the project went - Nestor as the PM and Daniel as the superintendant did a fantastic job making sure that my expectations were met.

System Pavers did an outstanding job, from the design to demolition to construction, the quality of work met and exceeded my expectations.

I think they were fantastic to work with, especially Ryan, the project manager. He was incredibly responsive, patient, and confident.

They did a good job and we are happy with the final product. I was frustrated with the communication as to which days they would be on site as I had to move vehicles, etc... I would have like an email or text each day. Lack of info is much harder on the customer than hearing about schedule changes or delays.

I never imagined our backyard to be as good as it is today, thanks to System Pavers! Eric, Daniel, and the installation crew did an amazing job transforming our backyard! From design consultation until the final walkthrough, they have been very hands-on and made sure that what we really liked will be delivered, and they did! Thank you so much guys for your awesome work and I can’t wait to have my friends encouraged to do the same for them!
