Lots of care went into preparation & pavers placement. The team was very polite and fixed things that I noticed. Unfortunately. I hadn’t noticed the removal of a youn rhododendron bush or the outside edge of my garage floor that was damaged. But I haven’t notified SP yet. I am very happy with my new paver driveway and walk. I have received many compliments and a few inquiries about my new driveway and walk!

Beyond the quality of work, the speed of the project was noteworthy, with less than two weeks from start to finish of a major driveway replacement. Everything was done as quoted, no issues with a slight change and all completed quickly.

The purgala people were 5 star. While pavers look great, the paver crew cut electrical lines to the irrigation. To date, the situation has not been resolved. This was a 3 to 5 week project that started in September. It is now the middle of May.

The entire process was a great experience, from the salesperson to the project manager to the installation team. It made a huge difference in the entryway, which we've waited years to do. It was well worth the wait. I am satisfied.

I wasn't satisfied with the border on the turf in the backyard. It came apart.

I am likely to recommend System Pavers to a friend, but it depends if the job is Pavers or turf.

I liked that there were no "surprise" charges during the work, esp since it took a day longer to complete than expected. And SP could have been justified in doing so as there were last minute changes to the scope of work due to tree roots and 1 concrete footing .

Solid experience just a few things that we were not a fan of. Construction of project was delayed a few days. Contractor came into our back yard when the project was finished and I had no idea they were coming that day. It was to get me to sign a paper but the never reached out. Bit more communication would have been nice. One of the holes on the putting green feels like it isn’t as much of a slope as I wanted it.

The work is beautiful.

No, I will not recommend. This was the worst experience in professional service. Paid premium price for a less than average result. Sloppy and Substandard results; multiple areas had to be re-worked and it's still not correctly completed.

They have poor communication.

They promised a completion date due to a wedding anniversary party and it was not met. They got two-thirds of the work completed, ran out of brick, and had to dig it all up and start from scratch with new brick. The left over bricks and wood pallets were promised to be removed from the front of the house for visiting family members parking and that was not done as promised. They ended up letting me give the remainder of the brick and stuff to my neighbor, who had a project of his own, so that was a good thing, but, the whole thing was totally fouled up.

We weren't satisfied with the lack of follow-ups.

They were reasonably on time, but did an excellent job.

James was knowledgeable about the products and very responsive. Schedule was adhered to. Installation team was great—very hard workers. We had one issue that was corrected within a couple of days.

EVERYTHING ! The workers, their work ethic, each step was done with such precision. The completed driveway was AWESOME !! I’m so proud of it.

The final project turned out really nice but getting to that point was difficult and frustrating.
