Our backyard is beautiful now.

The project manager was great. Everything that we talked about doing actually happened. I was very pleased.

Everything went smoothly and as expected. Crew came on time and worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job on our retaining wall project. Our backyard looks great and we have received many compliments.

System Pavers is pretty expensive.

I found System Pavers at the Scottsdale Home Show as well as many others but opted to get 3 estimates. Thankfully I talked to System Pavers first and it was eye opening with the information I received from Joseph opposed to my other two estimates. The professionalism and information as well as price was an easy decision.

From start to finish, communication was excellent. When issues arose, they were addressed in a timely manner. Randy created a beautiful design going above and beyond our expectations. Jacob and his crew worked diligently to install a quality patio to enhance our backyard. Five stars!

My experience with System Pavers was great from start to finish. Rob, the design partner, spent a lot of time with me during our initial meeting. He stayed in touch regularly after turning the project over to Octavio, the project manager. The crew were very professional, they worked hard every day that they were here. Octavio was terrific - excellent communication, got minor issues resolved, all around great to work with. We're very happy with our yard and I would recommend System Pavers to anyone looking to do an outdoor project.

Everything was good. Alan was extremely professional in helping us design the backyard we were looking for. It was a good mix of us telling him what we wanted and him using his knowledge to help us with his ideas. In the second process, Frank was amazing. He worked with us from start to finish. When we called, he was always there to educate us and help with anything. The experience was good.

I expressed how well System Pavers came through for us as I wanted a competent job with a good solid work crew and have the project done in a timely manner. As many asked what we were doing, I mentioned the quality of work being done. As well as the warranty.

Very kind, communicative, pretty on time - for the most part

I liked that the company’s attitude seemed to be that they just wanted me to be happy with the project. They came back wit no complaints and worked until we were all satisfied.

The workmanship was good. But the pavers don’t match our existing pavers and I was assured it would. Your designers and sales people should not be in those positions or making assurances they don’t know about. I was also very much pushed into making a decision the day Caophi came out, which looking back I wish I hadn’t agreed that night.

Contracted the work and up charged the **** out of me.

A small yard project that was supposed to take maybe 4 days max took almost 2 weeks to complete. Materials that did not belong to our project was delivered to our home and left on the street for a couple of days. Communication with the project manager was not good. I saw the project manager twice, the pre walk and the following day. I did not see the project manager when our yard was completed. There was no follow up.

System Pavers were very easy to work with and quick to do the work. They were really helpful in deciding what project to do, and they were great designers. The end product was great, and the work was completed quickly.

I would recommend them, but I think the customer should closely watch the work as it’s being done to make sure everything is completed correctly. We did have some problems during the construction, and they had to go back and correct some areas—but only after a lot of pushing from us.

Improve on timely communications.

System Pavers removed and built a new patio, and extended and resurfaced our deck and installed new railings. This took over a year. If you have no time concerns, enjoy pointing out and enforcing needed corrections, and generally babysitting the entire process, then this is the company for you. If you relish insisting that they follow the terms of their contract, use them. Unfortunately, this did not appeal to me, so please understand my displeasure with their service.

Communication was poor in some ways

Several bumps in the road and a longer than promised install period lowered my overall satisfaction. Communication was usually excellent, but some gaps were frustrating.

Absolutely beautiful, professional installation

No supervision of workers, who had to do the work multiple times because they kept doing it wrong. Even when explained to them in Spanish how to do it correctly, they kept doing it wrong.

This installation was a bit different than our back yard last year. The pre install communication was not as clear. The first 3 days we only had 1 person most of the day due to other jobs that needed the rest of the crew. There was a call back to correct some issues that were not done correctly.
Overall, the outcome was very good, but the above issues made for longer days and a bit of concern.

The install team did great work. they were effcient and detailed. loved the way things turned out.

System Pavers were very efficient, and the project manager, Christopher Figueroa, was excellent. I had to change my order, and they had no issues adjusting the design. It looks much better than what I originally had, and they handled it with no problem. They were a great company to work with in terms of their work on my yard.

System Pavers did fast work with good quality.

I was very pleased from start to finish with the attention to detail demonstrated by my sales rep, Blake, the paver installation crew led by Salvador and the follow up by the supervisor, Alex. The quality of workmanship met every expectation. So much so, I have decided to expand to a phase 2.

Terrible performance terrible communication took almost a year to finish at most a two month project. Went through three different project managers who were never present when the work was being done. The last one responding to one of our questions with a personal threat. So we will never recommend this company to anyone else.

Promises that were made never happened. The contact I signed estimated a 3 day turn around but it actually took weeks. Only one person showed up on the first day for demolition, when I guessed the crew size the project manager said a full crew would be working the project the next day but only 2 showed up and one left after only 3 hours.

No communications for several months, unnecessary delays; dropped the project and continuously blamed the city-when the city never received the request until months after.

Easy experience, Joe the manager did a great job with communicating and making the job happen as smooth as possible.

Fabulous job and done in one day

Unlikely to recommend due to inconsistent schedule, low skill level, inefficient (3 times longer than expected), inexperienced supervision.

They were very accommodating at the beginning of the proejct. As hiccups came up, they were reluctant to address them and required multiple calls ot text to get problems resolved.
