Communication was severely lacking. Jasmine Loredo was the only one who would respond for the most part.

Everything was delivered and installed as promised

This company displayed competence,knowledge and caring from the first interaction while we were shopping for a firm to the last interaction. They answered all our questions and even answered questions we had not thought of. The staff from the top down were professional, knowledgeable and willing to work with us. They made sure that the finished project was exactly what we wanted and even went the extra step to assure that the crushed granite stones that were removed for the pavers were repositioned in our front yard. The finished project was perfect and exactly what we wanted.

Not going to happen

From the time we placed the original order, it took approximately two months before anything happened. Then, once it was scheduled, it was rescheduled due to a shortage of pavers. So, it took a long time for the actual work to start, which I don't think is acceptable.

When the project manager came, I expressed my concerns about the work, and they agreed that it was not up to their usual standards. This week, we were supposed to have the pavers come back and correct the problem, but due to circumstances beyond our control, it couldn't be done. We may be able to do it tomorrow, but I'm not sure yet.

I didn't receive good customer service after I completed the design and started the project. It took a long time.

I would absolutely recommend this company projects are tough lots of moving pieces but System Pavers and the Project Manager made it seamless, and the times it wasn’t the fact that there was a solution already in play made it that much better. The quality and the beautiful aesthetic brought to my front yard is absolutely one of my favorite spots looking forward to more projects in the future.

I am happy with the finished product but the journey was not as expected. The project manager was fired in the middle of the project. Numerous delays caused this project to drag on. Existing irrigation lines were removed when I was told they could stay, then I was told they would reinstall them, but that never happened. Two sleeves were designated to be installed under the pavers but one of them was not installed as designated. There was a misunderstanding that I take responsibility for, but I think that could have been avoided if a 3D image was used to communicate the installation to me. I understand that a 3D image is a tool System Pavers has. At the end of the project the project manager stopped by to look at the job, however I was never told that he was coming so we never had time to review the job together.

We couldn't be happier with our backyard remodel. From start to finish our job was handled with care by every member of System Pavers. Our sales person, Tom, was honest and knowledgeable without being pushy (which we appreciated as we got several quotes). Jose, our on site manager, was present, communicative, honest and quick to respond with questions or concerns. Every member of the crews who worked on our home was hard working, kind and considerate of our daily lives. These guys worked SO hard and it was SO hot. HIGHLY recommend System Pavers. We will be using them again to redo our front yard when the time comes.

System Pavers was so fantastic to work with from the beginning consultation with Christopher, the pre-project start walkthrough with Nestor, the entire installation team with the installation team, and after. Everyone had a very high attention to detail, communicated clearly, and was extremely respectful and easy to work with.
