The list is too long but primarily, System Pavers hires sub-contractors who do not know the product nor do they do a professional job. The dig-down for the patio was supposed to be 7.5 inches and in some places, they were trying to only go down 4-5 inches. They were already laying base when we called them out on it. We had to have the sitting wall torn down and re-done by System Pavers and even then, it was a struggle to get the job to be done with professionalism. Grout lines were uneven and they tried to get away with blocks showing evidence of spalling, something NO professional would do. We were having to continually manage the project and each time we tried to voice our concerns, we were told it would all be fine. In the end, the quality of work was disappointing and the communication with the company was way below average. Our small patio job that should have taken about 4-5 days took over a month.
I am so pleased with my new patio, provided by System Pavers. It's so beautiful and they did such a great job installing it.
They were very professional from front to back.
My experience was fine, but System Pavers did have to come back and fix something, and they did so; that was good. They got the job done, and it didn't take too long.
I had a horrifying experience, it was distaterous. They did a great job with the sales aspect. They show you beautiful pictures, but in reality, the result is really far from that. I chased them down repeatedly for six months for a refund for stuff they didn't do. I had to pay to have it done myself. During the project, System Pavers fired my project manager and his boss, so I had to chase down my refund with the new leadership. They said they'd drop the check off and never showed up, then said they mailed it and didn't. The contractors did shabby work and had to come back 3 different times. The workers were rude, and I had to say that one of them was never allowed back to my home. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I am going to the Better Business Bureau.
I would not recommend.
I was satisfied with the work. I have received numerous compliments.
System Pavers did quick, quality work. I have no complaints. They were fabulous to work with.
From beginning to end it was very professional. They were never rushed, never hurried. There were things that had to be rethought throughout the process. For example, let's say it didn't go the way they were planned, not to their fault, they were always ready to make adjustments, and they always had our satisfaction as their top priority. I feel we believe that is how they are, and that is the kind of company they are.
System Pavers provided a high quality job in a timely manner and at a fair price
Every aspect of the experience was very satisfying
They really did a great job it was wonderful they were on time.
It was a pretty good experience, professional staff, and they were very communicative. I couldn't be happier with the results.
They did a beautiful job, and I’m very pleased with the results.
System Pavers provides very high-quality work, they are efficient and did exactly what they said.
We have been very satisfied with System Pavers' service over 3 different projects.
I am not likely to recommend System Pavers to a friend. The work was great quality. The billing, timeliness, and communication were a disaster.
The communication is not great.
Poor project management, follow-up, and follow-through.
I am satisfied with the actual quality of the work and the materials they used, and the workers did a really good job. However, when we discussed the design and plans, I had the mindset to also install a gazebo, and we shared the dimensions of the gazebo with System Pavers. When they designed the pavement area, it was not designed to fit the gazebo. Eventually, I will have to expand the size of the pavement, and the cost will increase to be able to add a gazebo that will fit correctly. When they started installing the footers, we realized the gazebo was not going to fit, which was disappointing. I could not abandon the project in the middle of it, but when it comes to the initial design phase, I will tell my friends to make sure that if they want a gazebo to verify the size of the pavement area.
Their project management is excellent, but the execution of the plan and communication breakdown are broken, and promises are not kept.
The project managers don't care.
The project managers don't care.
The job was done in perfect timing and the time that was quoted. The workers were also very professional.
The entire team that laid the pavers did not speak English. There was a language problem because the only way I could be understood was by contacting the project manager and or Joe.
