I would recommend System Pavers to be considered, however, would recommend they check out others which I did not.
Easy to work with, very knowledgeable, competitive pricing, painless experience.
The new paving coordinates well with the work from six years ago and adds curb appeal.
Any questions I had were answered in a timely fashion by both Tom Porter, and Nestor, the Project Manager. The installation crew worked hard and cleaned up everything to my satisfaction. After installation and a few days later when I found a sprinkler head had been covered with sand material and wasn't working properly, Nextor sent one of his crew out to evaluate the issue and then fix it.
I would recommend, especially if Cesar is the project mgr.
It was a large project, and lots of unforseen things happened that you dont know about until you get into
It.
They were all addressed. Wish all the issues could have been fixed, but we are loving our new back space.
Thank you Cesar for making our backyard beautiful again.
The workman who did the work was fine. The people that managed it from getting the material to dealing with the problems that arose, they did nothing. The job was compelted the end of May. It took me June, July, August, and September for them to come out and finish the work. They damaged parts of the area around there. We went over this with the project manager. He is useless. He never answered any of my emails that I had to go out of the house to do it because I do nto hace a computer or cell phone. I got horrible service from them.
Great Improvement
I am likely to recommend them to a friend because they did a great job, very responsive, and I'm pleased with their work.
Lack of communication from sales representative and actual work team.
The workers were on time and they did a great job.
All was going very well with follow-up and attention from Brayan on a regular basis as the job progressed, and then at the very end.... I am a recent widow and needed guifance and be albe to trust whomever I was working with. A few glitches: I told the site manager that (1) the workers had used my trash cans and put the wrong items in the wrong designted cans and (2) the workers did not cover the plants, bushes, etc, with a tarp or a covering over / around the area they were working on (which is standard prodedure for wxample with house painters) and therefore the plants were covered with a thick dust, which harmed the plants. But these are good coaching lessons for the comapny. The job was done, but sadly there was some wood strips along the ivy ladnscaping, which were moved by the workers and never properly put back. Had I not paid for the job promplry (and held back the last payment until this was rectified), this probably would have been taken care of immediately. I had reassurances from both the sales staff and Brayan that this would be fixed and after almost three to four months, it never was fixed. I sent letters, emails, phone calls and no one other than Heidi in the Sales Dept and her Manager. ever contacted me, As it turns out, Heidi could not correct this, as much as she wanted to be able to, becasue it was outside her depratment to do so. What a sad way to end such a working relationship. For me this speks of a lack of integrity and honesty and worst of all I ffeel that I was lied to and because I was a "small sized" customer, I wasn't worth their time. I tried to resolve this issue before writing this evaluation, but they didn't even care enough to respond to my outreach.
Beware... My advice: hold off on making the last payment until you have had time to inspect the "finished" job...maybe several weeks...check everyting caredfully.
Sad to say for ALL concerned: if they don't have their money paid in full yet, you probably can get them to rectify everything that has not been done to your satisfaction.
They were fabulous!
There was a lot of disconnect between the initial sales/design meeting and the project execution with the project manager. We had to pay extra for aspects of the project that we were told would be included in the original price.
Project manager never able to communicate with workers and workers don’t speak English, so was unable to communicate issues.
Project manager did not manage project well. Multiple errors made and a five to seven day project took two months. Project still not right.
Very excellent response from construction manager for their team.
System Pavers did a lot of work. It was a difficult job. They worked very hard. They were clean and as quiet as possible. The work is excellent and the project turned out great.
System pavers was great from start to finish.
Everyone from sales to installers were extremely professional and easy to communicate with and we are very happy with the work they did.
I have had a lot of comments from my neighbors that it looks very nice.
Professional and impeccable work!
I have been showing my neighbors my new patio and have told them it was done by System Pavers.
The whole process is detailed and coordinated working first with a Design Consultant, then a Project Manager and Construction Coordinator. The work crew that actually install the pavers and artificial turf do an outstanding job.
Team was professional and diligent.
Justin was very knowledgeable about the product and design ideas. He helped us pick out the perfect pavers. Nestor and his crew did a great job on the installation and were very efficient. They were here on time every day and when they left at the end of the day our site was neat and clean. The patio looks beautiful and is much cleaner with the new pavers.
