They were excellent from initial sales call, through implementation to a great finish.

The project took two weeks instead of 4 days as was expected. The PM was unreliable and flaky. I was not able to communicate with the crew because no one spoke English. The porty potty was left here for a long time after they were done. They made a huge mess when cutting through the concrete, which angered the neighbors as well. I believe they didn’t use the proper equipment, causing concrete dust to coat everything in our garage and the grass and the neighbors yards and cars. We had to have them fix many mistakes. It was an overall stressful experience.

The workmanship was very skilled no reason not to recommend them to my friends. Did a great job no problems that’s all you could ask for and I love it.

We will recommend System Pavers for any paver project or deck project. We will recommend shopping around for better prices for low voltage lighting systems or outdoor kitchen projects.

They provided amazing service. My design consultant was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I didn't have a hard sale approach, which was nice.

There was a mix-up with the original designer that came to our house. He stopped returning calls, so I called System Pavers and restarted the process.
Not a big issue, and I'm glad it didn't derail the project.
If not for this issue, I'd give you guys 5-stars

Great workmanship from System Pavers making the end product look amazing.

Jon, Cesar and the construction team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. The reputation of SP was well represented by each of them. We had lower pricing bids but after the amount of time Jon spent with us ahead of the project, we felt that SO was worth the difference in dollars. We LOVE our new driveway. It has completely upgraded our front of the house look.

The sales rep was the star; the practice of having a designated project manager who shows up everyday was good; the crew was okay; the overall outcome was okay with imperfections so certainly not 5 stars.

The price was high. The service was OK. The workcrew was helpful with our problems.
