System Pavers did the work. It did cost a lot of money. I was disappointed in the end. The pavers seem to be fine. It is just some things that came up afterward. The workers worked hard and did a good job, however, they did break some of my furniture. I have called them several times about the warranty and about fixing the furniture that was broken. I haven't received any response back about those two issues. They told me they were going to send me the warranty information, but they never did. As far as doing the work, the installers did a pretty good job. I am happy with the job. The installers knew what they were doing, and I appreciated the job that they did, I just don't have a good feeling about how things ended.

I'd like to acknowledge the exceptional work provided by System Pavers for the new artificial turf installed in my backyard.

First, I'd like to thank Kelly Kasper, sales consultant. Kelly did a great job explaining the artificial turf installation process, turf type options, costs and financing. He also suggested that it would be possible to integrate my existing paver area to the left of the new lawn installation to tie it all together.

Secondly, I'd like to acknowledge the project manager, Ryan and his construction lead Jose. The demolition, ground prep and installation of the new turf went very well. They kept me informed daily and let me know if any issues had come up. One example was what to do with the existing sprinkler system. I had two options which was to cap all of the water lines or keep one or two open for a drip system along the peripheral of the backyard. Initially, I wasn't sure which option was best and landed on keeping two. During the final turf installation a nail cracked the PVC water line. Both Ryan and Jose responded promptly to fix the issue and test both lines to ensure it was fixed.

In summary, I am extremely happy with the results and the great customer service provided by all of the team members assigned to my project. They are professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and very customer focused. The new turf, border and realigned pavers look great!

Sam, Mike and crew took great care of our turf installation project. They answered all of our questions, made suggestions to enhance our install and completed everything in line with our schedule. It was a pleasure working with the System Pavers team.

The entire process from the beginning to the end was great. Jeremiah was our designer and Mike was the project manager. We had to make some design changes and Mike went over everything in detail with us and explain the cost of the change order.

The online system is weak. It is not in sync with reality. The monitary portion is particularly bad; it kept asking for the same payment at least 6 times in the process. All payments ended up made via check to Blake.

The quality of customer service was horrible. The chance to speak with someone from the corporate office was non-existent. The project managers are ghosts. The money back guarantee has nothing to do with the service.
