From design to execution the pavers team were professional
Difficult to communicate with.
We don't socialize much.
..
Good quality, competitive pricing.
Ability to finance - fair estimates
The explanation and sales pitch was thorough up front. This could have easily been a five rating if updates about scheduling had been communicated regarding both the initial install and the final adjustment we are waiting on without me having to reach out.
I had some issues with how the communication was, and the fact that the electrician had to be hired separately. Things were not ran as I had anticipated. The designer and the project manager did not handle the design based on our feedback.
The work was done on time and on budget. The workers were very reliable as well as manger, who was always responsive, and had some good suggestions. I was very satisfied overall.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good overall experience. We felt like we had to manage our own project and unfortunately our project manager, Reece, was not very good. We were told multiple times things were being worked on but all constantly had to remind him because those things didn't get done by the timelines he gave us. He was saying things to satisfy us in the moment but he didn't follow up. We always had to follow up with him. He seemed unorganized and little over his head.
The communication was not good at all and the process went way over the estimate as we started in October and didn't finish until April. Originally it was a 3-week estimate. Poor communication and ultimately we got the feeling that system pavers does not like being in the pergola business. They wanted nothing to do with it.
We raised this to his boss but it took time before his boss actually took over the process as his boss initially circled his right back to him. And based on that poor communication, we ended up having to spend another $1,000 for a piece in this process that should have never happened. They did not care but wanted their money.
The estimate changed after a question was asked about how pavers would be put under our patio stanchions. Also had another hidden cost of moving the air conditioning unit. Pool skimmer was broken during demolition beyond reasonable repair. Workers also broke the pool fill line, cost $150 to fix properly. Workers ignored sprinkler flags, had to replace 2 heads. A PVC water line was also cracked when the crew was installing a drain line, was not informed of a possible problem, found out quickly when I tested the sprinklers. The construction manager never showed up - or at least not while I was home. Estimate was approximately $45,000, the "stanchion" adjustment was a choice between new, longer stanchions for $19,000, or put concreate under their locations then pavers on top of that for $3500. The entire patio cover cost $19,000 when it was installed. Pool skimmer had to be replaced for $2500, air conditioner move was $1200.
Poor oversight of subcontractor installers
Overall poor experience, I have shared my feedback to multiple people and will gladly share all communication. Overall I have received a job which is well below the standard I was sold and throughout the project ws treated as if I was the issue
The sales experience was great. Mike was great. The job supervisor, Reece, was horrible. He was trying to tear down a flower bed wall. We had a big arguement. The experience was not good.
If you're considering a paver driveway, driveway extension, or hardscape project, System Pavers is absolutely the team to call. For homeowners comparing quotes, this was the contractor that inspired the most confidence by far.
An extensive amount of work was put in by Jay on the initial design concepts (multiple revisions) which I appreciated, as the final product was well defined and came out very well in the end.
Disturbingly bad quality and craftsmanship. Even worse communication and planning skills. Disrespectful of property and time
The job was done on time and very quickly. Most importantly: It looks amazing!
I needed a company I could trust to complete this project on budget and on time. Austin designed, Justin managed and Oscar and the rest of his crew made my dream patio come true. They have provided me with a sanctuary where I can relax and enjoy my backyard as a resort. This was the most hassle-free project requiring vary little from me. There was constant communication before, during and also after the project. I could really feel that their number one priority was to make me happy. When the project was completed, I could hardly tell they had even been here. I highly recommend System Pavers and will use them again as new project develop. A big thanks to Austin, Justin, Oscar and his crew.
Everyone from sales to installers so professional and project completed timely. Pavers look great. Daughter and her husband loved pavers and now considering instead of concrete unfortunately they live in Texas
Took a year to complete and workers were rude and seemed incompetent. They were constantly parking in front of ours and our neighbors driveways blocking them in after being asked several times not to (there is plenty of parking right across street or next to house by curb). Project dragged on way too long.
Small backyard project began in July .2025
Completion was March 2026.
Ran out of materials price went up constant delays in labor .
Yes, I am. Overall the work looks good and my entire yard is available for use. Prior to the install, I had a deck in my entire back yard that I put in back in 2004. Some of my yard was not useful due to the deck height but now system pavers leveled out my entire yard and now I have more space and it looks way better so I'm glad I went with the pavers.
They came and did what was to be done but also were very quick to fix one thing that I thought could have been nicer. In fact one worker even re did something because he did not like how it looked. They were very conscientious.
My frontyard looks amazing, many complements. Easy to work with, efficient.
I LOVE MY TURF!!!! Its gorgeous!
