Cesar gave excellent customer service.

The install crew could have left a small path for our pedestrian access as there was NO WAY out of our house to the road but through the muck, rocky mud, and piles of sand and other stuff. We were adventurous, but our entire 'dress up' event schedule had to be canceled.

They did a great job. and the salesman that came out initially showed us the product and everything, but the only thing that I was bothered by is when I asked For the itemized statement of the charges, what were the labor charges versus the material charges. I was told that they didn't do itemized statements, so that bothered me. The job looks great, and the patio looks great, and the pavers were put in properly, and the supervisor that was in charge of our group, Cesar, was really good, and he answered all of my questions and was always very polite, as were the team members. We didn't have any problem with the work, and the only problem that we had, like I said, was when I asked if I could get an itemized statement to find out what the charges were. We were told that that wasn't something that System Pavers did.

It's a really good service, but it's pricey, so it may not be for everyone if people are considering a project but they're on a budget.

Isaiah was delightful at coming to my door to introduce System Pavers and telling me to give the sales person the $250 discount. Kirk was excellent and personable, which I really look in customer service, for in his explanation and giving me plenty of time to think about it. The payment system made sense and went smoothly until the end. Andrew got on the phone and got it corrected. As a widow I felt taken care of.

Their communication and timeliness were lacking.
