Since 2002 ROC Homes has been an integral part of shaping Inner Loop Lifestyles. We have a small leak on the ceiling in a room and in the adjacent restroom there is mold growing on a certain part of the ceiling too.

A repair person told me there is no point in replacing the exhaust fan in my bathroom because it does not exhaust to the outdoors, there's just a space it vents
