We had some issues with our door installation and Window World is supposed to be getting back with me; they've done my windows before and I was happy with that.

Window world did an excellent job and I love my new windows.

They came at 6:00 in the afternoon and did a great job. It got dark and they did not finish until 8:00pm. I could not see the work and I have issues with two windows locking. Ther are very hard to lock.

They are very easy to deal with. They always showed up when they said they would show up. I have used them a couple times.

Our Salesman was amazing, but unfortunately, once we signed our finance papers, he was too busy! We still haven’t heard from him since our windows got installed.

They performed well, and I enjoy the windows they installed because they are weather proof. I did not have to worry about Window World doing it right.

It was seamless from start to finish. I had no issues with cleanliness or the installaton, and they were respectful of my property. I would not have even known they were there.

Whole Process Went well

They did not follow through with what I paid them for and what I ordered. They were not honest about it, and they didn't discuss it with me. They knew there was a problem, and it continued with the installation. It continued as if there wasn't a problem. Then they called disrespecting me as a woman and the customer by pretending nothing was wrong, and I was too stupid to realize something was wrong. Basically, what happened was I bought seven windows, one of them was larger middle window in a big setup from floor to ceiling. They delivered, instead of one large window, they delivered two windows and nailed them together. They never told me that they didn't have the right window and pretended that it wasn't. Then began to tear out my window and destroy and cracked every glass. They broke it all up so it couldn't be reinstalled. Inserted that window, and then after they did all of that, the guy made the comment to me that, oh, you got two windows instead of one. As if that should have been a blessing to me. When in actuality, it was disrespectful because I didn't want two windows in that window. I wanted one whole window. So, I wouldn't recommend them because I thought they were deceitful and I thought they weren't professional. I thought they were disrespectful to me. In doing that, they changed the look of my window without my permission.

I love the windows, and I love that you can flip them inside out and clean them; you don't have to go outside to clean them.

The men that changed the windows were very nice and polite. They did a great job; we have had several comments about how good they look.
