As always great service and superior products we have bought from w/w many times and will do so in the future.

Gabriel and his workers were very polite courteous and professional.

Didn’t seal around the windows. Left large gaps. Didn’t roll tape to make sure it would stick. Didn’t install hole covers after mounting screws were installed.

They provide quality work at a great price.

Wonderful experience from initial contact through installation.

My order was wrong

Everything them guys got to my house went to work!! Clean up they did a great job.

The quality, service, craftsmanship, and the professional install.

Y'all told me to be off at 3:30 so I took off of work for y'all to get here at almost 7 PM and didn't leave until almost 10 PM y'all disassembled my doorbell camera I do not know how to put it back together I was pleased with the window installed but the door installation I was not pleased with

Would recommend however would mention they have a green tint to me.

Window was incorrectly measured the first time. Installation was delayed by multiple months. No discounts were offered.

Windows weren't clean after install. Tough to inspect for damage.

The three servicemen were 3 hours late with no communication.
Didn’t speak or understand English very well
Took longer than expected
Sloppy caulking!!!
Need more training
Didn’t clean windows; would have been nice
Door lock was installed opposite from the was it was originally
Not a very good experience overall 😟

Caulking coming away and we have called two people and no action yet. Windows installed yesterday.

This window was for a rental unit. The scheduling of installation and following of instructions was messy. Installation had to be rescheduled three times. The reasons included not reading notes stating that tenant was only available in the morning and we had to be the first stop. The other times had to do with not enough work in New Orleans. When the installers arrived they didn't know which of the two windows had to be fixed. They didn't realize they were installing a new window. They had a bunch of questions. They finally read their notes and I was called to clarify. I haven't seen the widow so I am not sure about the product yet.

The company is unreliable
Delivery times are erratic they overbook the installers

They put a blanket over my floors to protect them

The customer service is poor.

professional! very nice crew

Please see all of my comments below.

Completed work exactly as described at price quoted

Door still doesn’t close correctly and makes hella noise . I speak English and the guys you send don’t and they don’t communicate. This is a problem . Really ……

Excellent sales person. Excellent installation crew. Excellent customer support.

I did refer a couple of people to Window World.

I was told installation will take one day. On the first day of installation the contractors arrived at 4 pm when I was told they would arrive at 2 pm. They worked all the way till 9 pm. However, the contractors had to return and said they will come another day so we made an arrangement. But the contractors did not show up on the agreed date causing me to miss one day of work. I was forced to be proactive and call window world, the contractors, the window world production manager, and another manager. The only helpful person to help me was the production manager. Next, the contractors damaged my stucco wall and did not properly install my interior trim correctly. A metal rod is sticking out and pushed my trim outward.
