Window was incorrectly measured the first time. Installation was delayed by multiple months. No discounts were offered.

Caulking coming away and we have called two people and no action yet. Windows installed yesterday.

This window was for a rental unit. The scheduling of installation and following of instructions was messy. Installation had to be rescheduled three times. The reasons included not reading notes stating that tenant was only available in the morning and we had to be the first stop. The other times had to do with not enough work in New Orleans. When the installers arrived they didn't know which of the two windows had to be fixed. They didn't realize they were installing a new window. They had a bunch of questions. They finally read their notes and I was called to clarify. I haven't seen the widow so I am not sure about the product yet.

The company is unreliable
Delivery times are erratic they overbook the installers

Door still doesn’t close correctly and makes hella noise . I speak English and the guys you send don’t and they don’t communicate. This is a problem . Really ……

I did refer a couple of people to Window World.

I was told installation will take one day. On the first day of installation the contractors arrived at 4 pm when I was told they would arrive at 2 pm. They worked all the way till 9 pm. However, the contractors had to return and said they will come another day so we made an arrangement. But the contractors did not show up on the agreed date causing me to miss one day of work. I was forced to be proactive and call window world, the contractors, the window world production manager, and another manager. The only helpful person to help me was the production manager. Next, the contractors damaged my stucco wall and did not properly install my interior trim correctly. A metal rod is sticking out and pushed my trim outward.

The workers need to learn to clean up every area in your house. Changing out the windows.

Clean, Safe, and Efficient

Workers were good but had no regard for my wife’s plants which she had moved but were still destroyed.

The salesman Turner was nice to deal with.
The installer called an hour before install team arrived. I appreciate that.
Install crew was efficient and fast. Nice guys.
Only thing negative was when the laid the windows against the wall it nicked the sheetrock some, but i was touching up the walls already as the sheetrock was just installed. But overall, great experience!!!

The technicians failed to seal the window properly. I haven’t heard anything from the supervisor about scheduling something to correct the problem.

Would definitely use them again and recommend. My estimator Lucas was knowledgeable and friendly. The crew supervisor was informative and friendly. The crew is excellent at cleaning up as they go. My house was probably cleaner after they left! Love Window World❤️

Dennis and his team did a phenomenal job. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. They replaced 12 windows and two doors and it all looks absolutely amazing. The only hiccup was that I was told that Saturday installation was no problem, however I had to get supervisor approval after the fact because the customer service team stated they don’t install on weekends. I wasn’t told this until after the windows and doors were built and I was scheduling the installation. Wasn’t a big deal but I want to be fully honest.

Everything was fine! There was one error. They corrected it. They did a great job!

Countertop was scratched, sheetrock damaged in 2 rooms, was not notified wood was rotten inside of 3 window frames (that I know of); had we not noticed it, new windows would have been installed around rotten wood without a word being said. Paid contractors extra (a small fortune) to replace a U-shape of rotten wood around 3 windows along with window sills. Installers did not take a lot of pride in the job they were doing. Also had sheetrock damage to ceiling going up the stairs. Again, installers were not careful/considerate of our property when bringing windows in and out to various rooms. It would also be great if they spoke better English. Really hard to communicate with them. Had to wait a month to have 1 window installed that originally came in at the wrong size.

The workers were fast, polite and did a great job. The door is very nice and it was well installed. It looks great. And it didn't cost $$$$ like some.
