Workers were good but had no regard for my wife’s plants which she had moved but were still destroyed.

The salesman Turner was nice to deal with.

Only thing negative was when the laid the windows against the wall it nicked the sheetrock some, but i was touching up the walls already as the sheetrock was just installed. But overall, great experience!!!

The technicians failed to seal the window properly. I haven’t heard anything from the supervisor about scheduling something to correct the problem.

Dennis and his team did a phenomenal job. From start to finish they were professional and courteous. They replaced 12 windows and two doors and it all looks absolutely amazing. The only hiccup was that I was told that Saturday installation was no problem, however I had to get supervisor approval after the fact because the customer service team stated they don’t install on weekends. I wasn’t told this until after the windows and doors were built and I was scheduling the installation. Wasn’t a big deal but I want to be fully honest.

Everything was fine! There was one error. They corrected it. They did a great job!

Countertop was scratched, sheetrock damaged in 2 rooms, was not notified wood was rotten inside of 3 window frames (that I know of); had we not noticed it, new windows would have been installed around rotten wood without a word being said. Paid contractors extra (a small fortune) to replace a U-shape of rotten wood around 3 windows along with window sills. Installers did not take a lot of pride in the job they were doing. Also had sheetrock damage to ceiling going up the stairs. Again, installers were not careful/considerate of our property when bringing windows in and out to various rooms. It would also be great if they spoke better English. Really hard to communicate with them. Had to wait a month to have 1 window installed that originally came in at the wrong size.

No communications once you sign the proposal. Salesman ignores phone calls and text after signing and the install crew showed up unprepared and only one spoke broken English.

Everything from the initial consultation to the entire process was smooth and great. Window World was informative; we were kept on top of everything. When they came in, they were professional with how they put windows in and how they were cleaning up everything. From the start to the end it was fantastic.

They were uncommunicative. They gave us one day that the windows were supposed to come in, and the windows came in much earlier. When the date came when they were supposed to call us and let us know the windows were in and schedule the appointment, they never reached out to us. It was two weeks laterwhen we called them to find out if the windows came in. We found out the windows came in two weeks prior to that. They could have scheduled us to get the windows in at the time they had promised us in the beginning. Then when we scheduled the appointment, they canceled it that morning saying the driver was having car issues, and they weren't sending anybody else. It wasn't professional. It was rude.

They are a on stop shop. The salesman was helpful in explaining all the things to think about, had suggestions and assured me the crew would be qualified to execute what I was asking for. The installation crew was professional, courteous and although they came later than expected, assured me the job would be done that day and it was!

I had some windows shot at and needed them replaced. My salesman was great, but I had to get foundation work before the installation and he went MIA after. This was off putting. I had some extreme heat on one side of my house, and they said the windows would cool it off, but they aren't delivering on that promise. It is still hot in that area. I trusted what they said, but the windows did not deliver on that side. For the installation I thought they would be in and out, but he had to dig out all of the window stuff which tore up brand new my paint job. It wasn't a great experience.

It was a seamless transaction with no back and forth. The salesperson knew what he was talking about and delivered on everything he said.

This is the second time using them. I used them on my house last year, and then this year we used them on my parents' house. We have had a good experience. Just the last time, at my parents' house, they had mismeasured a couple of windows, four windows, so we had to wait an extra two to three weeks for them to install the rest of them. Other than that, everything else went fine.

The service was outstanding. I was amazed in the time frame that 12 new windows were installed. The guys respected surrounding areas near my home.

I enjoyed my project with Window World. It was fast, and it was a happy crew that came here, did what they had to do, and completed the job quickly.

We've only had the windows for a short time. One of the windows was mismeasured, and there was some miscommunication about one of the windows, but it was fixed with no questions asked. That was definitely a plus.
