The installation team was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They cleaned up very well after the work was completed. I was surprised how quickly the entire job was completed.

When we ordered these, there were no updates whatsoever about when we could expect the doors to come in or when we could expect installation. There was just no feedback whatsoever. I kept contacting my service representative, trying to get updates to figure out what they were doing or where we were at, and I just couldn't get feedback on it. Then, when they did show up the first time to install the doors, they only came with two doors; we ordered three, and one of the doors was damaged. So, they took the two doors back, and then the same thing, we waited, waited, waited. There were no follow-ups on when we could expect an appointment, nor was there a follow-up on what was going on with the doors or the replacement door that had to come. It just took forever to get someone to respond to us.

Sales technician provided help with information needed to get approval from Home Owners Association before purchasing and installing.

I referred my girlfriend to Window World and highly recommended them. When I had my windows replaced, I was told I would get a $50 gift card for a referral. My friend did have other companies give her an estimate but because I highly recommended Window World, she went with Window World. I found out after her sale that she had to order eight windows for me to get the gift card and she only needed seven windows. Since she did not purchase eight windows, I did not get the gift certificate. When I was told about the referral gift certificate, no one said anything about a minimum number of windows that had to be ordered. I did not like that and because of that I cannot recommend Window World.

Whether I would recommend Window World would depend on the installer. The first time, the work was very well done. However, the second crew that came out left a big mess. The installer said that it was not his job to clean up any messes.

Took a few months extra to finish the job. Y’all forgot one window and I had to wait for it a few extra months.
