Great install and deliver what they promise

Wife loved the windows, from different ways to open them, makes them easy to clean. The siding, really wasn't expecting everything they did. From removal of all old, the complete plywood job, paper and the vinyl siding looks amazing. Have had alot of neighbors approach me already. Crews were friendly and professional.

Very disappointed in follow up. I’m 80 years old and I asked for help taking down blinds and moving furniture. They took them down and left on floor and never came back. Left trash outside windows and didn’t clean after work. I have used Window World 3 times and this is my last.

Quality windows for a good price.

The initial representative did not properly spec the door leading directly from the house into the garage. When the crew arrived, there were no self-closing hinges for that door, which is what every house inspector looks for. I consider this a serious oversight which undercuts everything else about this job.

The staff from start to finish were amazing. The quality of the doors are top notch.

Good experience with the windows. The doors and side panels were nice. Had some issues with the trim and caulking; however, Window World did fix to my satisfaction.

I love my windows, but the crew left my windows filthy! Fingerprints, arm prints all over the windows! My salesman came to clean the high windows in my bedroom that I could not reach! One of the guys told me he would clean those windows for me, which he did not
I would’ve thought Window World would want these windows looking pristine, but I guess they do not care!

Pretty much the entire experience was amazing. Beginning with the office staff who pleasantly and satisfactorily answered “100 questions” before I agreed to schedule an appointment to estimate the job-lol. The installation crew was amazing!!! They were very efficient and demonstrated what appeared to me as orchestrated workmanship with the tear down, reinstallation AND cleanup afterwards! They even walked me through all 10 windows to confirm my satisfaction and demonstrate the use of each window. The final product looks BEAUTIFUL.

1. The sales representatives (Dan) was not very good and I ended up having to do his job for him by getting all the proper information to my condominium board…2. While the sliding glass doors were getting installed the workers installed the opposite direction and they gave me a hard time to redirect them but they finally took care of it. However I must say that the quality of all the windows and glass doors that were installed are very nice.

I have recommended Window World to my parents and a couple of my close friends already.

I will recommend WW to anyone looking to replace their windows. The price was fair and the service was very good.
