They actually finished sooner than they anticipated, which I jokingly referred to as the Scotty time estimate. No matter how nice the windows look before installation, if they are installed in a slopy fashion it takes away from the overall look. Additionally, I cannot trust the installers to make a quality repair to the window ledge or with correcting the caulking so I will do it myself. The communication level after the contract was signed was nonexistent. Installed clear window in bathroom but original was frosted.
