Quality product and fast service

We were not told of different types of window you might have to offer. I would have loved to have had a couple of crank open windows for those hard to reach areas but didn't think of it till it was too late.

It was a comfortable and easy experience from the quote to the installation.

The price and quality are pretty unmatched.

There was a miscount on my windows and no one will call me back.

Clean up should have been better. Glass and debris was left in every room. One window did not fit with existing trim on the outside hardi plank. It cost me extra $100 to repair.

From beginning to end the process was very easy. Dan was wonderful coming to house showing me options answered all my questions and followed up with booking and taking payment for installation. Orlando installed the windows and did a fabulous job.

Window World of Houston did a very good job. I think the individuals that we communicated with were very good, and there were only a couple of discrepancies with the windows, which were very minor, but it took an inspector to view them and come back; it didn't delay a whole lot, just a couple of inconveniences with the house they did it on. wasn't a house that I owned, but I helped managed for a church buildin. It was a little inconvient that they had to go back onsite and I had to unlock the house. Again it wasn't major just something minor.

Gordon had an excellent presentation. Once the windows were ready, we got scheduled right away. The installation crew was amazing. They did an excellent job from start to finish.

Kendra reached out after the install and was very helpful. I had several questions and she made sure she responded immediately and that I got the answers I needed.

The clean up process could be a lot better. There was glass in the house in a few places, in the backyard and in the drive way. Didn't notice until a couple of days later that there was quite a bit of glue residue from the stickers on the windows after the guys were done.

They were very professional and very good communicators

Dan (onsite salesman) was extremely helpful. I needed to delay the project for 5 months. He would check in monthly at my request. The day of installation was tremendous. They sent a large crew and finished the work within 5 hours just ahead of a winter storm. The product is excellent. Sound proofing and efficiency are stellar. We had double pane windows before but our heater struggled when outside temps were near freezing. Not now. Totally impressed and much more reasonably priced than Smanderson.

There is not frame on 2 windows...from inside the view is nothing compared to the other 2 windows installed. The measure that the vendor took was wrong, and it caused that lack of quality.

Our salesperson, John, was very helpful and informative. We replaced 40 windows and the crew did a great job. Hadje arrived 15 minutes before the crew and he walked through and made sure everything was set for installation prior to the crews arrival. Installation and clean up went smoothly.

Great installers and great product! I bought windows before from Power home remodeling that were twice the price but had thicker bezel in which I am I unhappy with. My window world windows are perfect! I also had 2 exterior doors installed and they are perfect!

They damaged the hardi plank under the window removing the old window. They did not repair or replace it. They finished the job after dark and inspection of the job was difficult. They only showed me the indoor side of the window upon inspection. I guess they wanted to hide the damage they did outside.

The whole process was great! The Window World salesman Travis was so good at explaining everything and showing the windows and not pushy which we really loved! I was able to set up an appointment that worked for our schedule, they were here when they said they were and they did a beautiful installation job! They cleaned up everything before they left and explained how the windows worked and even gave us some window cleaner! Price was reasonable to put window windows throughout our whole house and we love them!

This is the second time we have purchased windows from Window World. The windows are high quality, cut/made perfectly and look beautiful in our home. The large picture windows bring a beauty and elegance to our home and the horizontal sliders in our kitchen area are a great touch, both aesthetically and functionally. I highly recommend them if you're looking for new windows that are beautiful, energy efficient, and functional.

Window is of great quality and looks great. From a security and energy efficiency aspect it is infinitely better than the old window.
The reason for the 4 Vs 5 Stars - during installation some damage was done to the stucco at the top of the exterior window AND on the inside where the window sill joins the wall (they used some of the dark window caulk to cover the damaged area).
Waiting to see what WindowWorld will do to correct.

This was a great experience from start to finish . I was kept up to date on the status of my windows and when it came down to installation these guys get right down to business . They replaced 8 windows in less than two hours and cleaned up afterwards. The price is also a no brainer compared to the competition. Similar materials and about an 1/8 of the price . I’ll be doing my doors next with Window World .
