I was so totally delighted with the whole process. The salesman (Daren) was knowledgable about the company and really sold me on the quallity of the windows and the installers. The price was better than I expected and the delivery time was exactly what the salesman had promised. The installation crew did a fabulous job - Juan, Hector and Willie were polite, courteous, efficient and just really nice guys!! When a problem was identified when they first arrived to insall I was immediately able to contact the project manager who had called that morning to introduce himself and offer assistance with any questions. We were able to resolve the problem in a win-win fashion that really impressed me. They turned what could have been a disaster into a real blessing for me. I had not planned on doing all my windows because of space constraints and needing to move furniture around on my own. Because of the error with the window order and Juan's encouragement abouot how much actual cleared space would be needed I got windows in the two rooms I didn't thinkg I'd be able to get to until next year. I am just tickled pink with my new windows!! They are even nicer than what I expected to get, with additional features I didn't realize I was getting for the price I paid. I am not only likely to recommend you, but have already done so to several people to let them know that if they need windows, doors or siding they should check with you guys first. Initially I was worried because I'd never heard of Window World but after the assurances of the salesman and some research I did about reviews for this local franchise I was totally convinced that I was making the right decision. While it's a lot of money it's not nearly what I thought I would have to pay through one of the big outfits that I see on TV ads all the time. Thanks to Window World I am now the proud owner of a home with all new windows - for the first time in my pretty long life. I don't think I could be more pleased - I was literally dancing around the house after they left I was so excited!!!

I was happy with the salesperson and would rate them 5. They came in and set up in my house with dirty rugs. They didn't clean and cover up devices in the house. I would've done it if they told me to. They didn't clean the dust and everything around my windows. My caulk is full of dust. It wasn't a very professional installation crew in my opinion. I would rate them 2.

Some of the doors were installed very nicely: the patio door, the upstairs balcony doors, and another door. The customer service is perfect. The guy who handled this from the beginning responded promptly. If I shared something with him, he took care of it. The installation is mostly fine. Some of the people didn't pay attention to the job they were doing. In some cases, I had to tell them to use more material around the door.

We had 32 windows installed. I don't care who you have installing your windows that's going to be a chunk of change. Window World came in with a very respectable quote, to the point where it honestly didn't feel so bad to have all 32 done at once.

They completed the install in maybe 7 to 8 hours. One window had an issue with it, wrong pattern inlayed in the glass and there was a small crack in it as well. They informed me before the install and explained that they would still replace the old window with it, and then replace the pane (literally a 5 minute job) when the replacement order came in (about two weeks since they custom make each window).

Outside of this one tiny issue, the windows have been great. They are easy to open, look great, have reduced the amount of small bugs that get inside the house, and allow us to keep the home cooler in this Texas Summer.

Every step of the way was great. From the initial sales appointment to the install to enjoying them afterwards. It truly brought on a feeling of calm to have all new windows put on the house. Especially knowing that they have a lifetime warranty so that I know I likely won't need to buy new ones for potentially decades to come.

The installed windows and damaged a sile they came out and replaced sile but never painted it. They did not rescheduled to finished the sile or the outside of a window which they came out to fix either. They said they were going to call but they have not. Great product but not so good service.

Great install and deliver what they promise

Wife loved the windows, from different ways to open them, makes them easy to clean. The siding, really wasn't expecting everything they did. From removal of all old, the complete plywood job, paper and the vinyl siding looks amazing. Have had alot of neighbors approach me already. Crews were friendly and professional.

Very disappointed in follow up. I’m 80 years old and I asked for help taking down blinds and moving furniture. They took them down and left on floor and never came back. Left trash outside windows and didn’t clean after work. I have used Window World 3 times and this is my last.
