It was great love the windows you’re workers were great and friiendly

I was satisfied with the individuals who did the installation and the sales representative, however after seeing what I got for the money I spent it was extremely expensive.

Jimmy Graham was very knowledgeable. He took his time with us. They did what they said they would do. The installers were excellent!

And recommend needs to be addressed since your reputation is on the line

Our field supervisor was a gentleman named Stephen

On the initial install, we were supposed to be contacted around 10 AM to give us a time range when the guys would arrive

After doing research, not hearing anything till around 11:30 I was able to acquire Steven’s number
He replied back that his guys had to take care of a door unit and they were gonna be on the way
With no ETA since they were working on a project

Around 1 o’clock, I re-contacted Steven since I haven’t had any updated communication
He simply replied they’re on the way
No updated ETA

The crew got here and did a phenomenal job paying attention to details and leave a very clean job site
There was one window unit that was damaged and it was going to be re-ordered and expedited to install

I requested if possible to have the same installation crew since they did a great job and they were eager to finish the job they started

Steven indicated that this would not be a problem and he made notes on the

We received the call around the beginning of September to schedule our window installation for September 15

The morning of the 15th I contacted the office at 8:30 to see if we can get an ETA of when the guys were gonna be showing up at that point it was brought to my attention that they had us scheduled for a service appointment
Not an install Steven did not make proper notes on the ticket and Dennis and his crew were not available so Project Manager Andrew and Steven came out and installed the window
I brought this lack of communication lack of sense of urgency to the attention of Andrew has a point of teaching and hopefully improving stevens communication skills
I’m a business owner myself and communication is our lifeline our reputation is all we have
I highly recommend that my assessment of the situation be addressed further so that y’all don’t lose any additional clients due to lack of communication, etc.

We are very pleased with the product, which is very disappointed with the unacceptable lack of communication

Window World did very good work and cleaned very well. Everything was done in place and well.

Par our sales rep was awesome, attentive, and very timely. His initial quote was even a little more than the final cost, which is always a very nice outcome. Costs I though were very reasonable. the window installers were amazing. Led by Gabriel, the installers communicated extremely well, treated the house like it was their own, and went above and beyond. very pleased

The sales representative explained the windows in detail. He had a sample to show us. The communication through the whole process was great. The installers were quick, very considerate and cleaned up after themselves. The windows were beautiful!
