I don't know if this is related but the ac unit hasn't worked since instillation

Billy was such Great salesman that came out to our home to show us all about the windows. He made it so easy for us. The installers were great as well and installed the windows very fast. Overall excellent experience.

We ordered a new door. It took over two months to get it installed even though it was delivered to Window World on time.

The process took me for a bad turn. The sales was fine and the actual installation day way great, it was the in between that was not good. My appointment was scheduled three weeks out after waiting almost a month after making the deposit. The day before my scheduled appointment they called to cancel it and schedule me for the next week. I asked for a refund and miraculously I was put back on the schedule.

My only concern is that the four corners of each window is soft. You can push on them and there's nothing behind it and it literally moves. I brought this up to the tech and was told not to worry about it and just don't push on the corners. It gives me serious anxiety about how long these windows will hold up.

Windows are expensive. I considered installing new windows myself, but after my experience with this company I would recommend using them over trying to do it yourself. There's no comparison.

I would like to see a video on how to lower and raise and open windows for cleaning safely to not damage my new windows. The demonstration on site when i was visited by Steve , Diehi was pretty quick and i may have missed some cautions in operation of all your features.

The fit, function and color are perfect. Window World nailed it in every aspect and we will recommend them to anyone needing windows or doors for their home.

Versatile windows and reasonable prices along with good warranty

The windows look great however I wish the crew that put them in would be more considerate of my things. Rather than unscrewing my alarm sensors they just pulled them off of the wall. They broke one which cost $50 to replace and the alarm company had to come and reinstall the others at a rate of $148 an hour.

They did a great job on the house. They were very friendly and courteous . I would chose them again. We still have one thing lef, but they are coming back out.

It is by far one of the most exceptional experiences. Those guys showed up in the middle of a rain storm, it was lightning and thundering. They didn't hesitate, and put blankets out, so they didn't make mess. In less than two hours, they had my beautiful new windows put in. They were very polite and we didn't hear anything out of them. It was gorgeous work.
