The installation was good but they left glass pieces on my driveway which could’ve hurt my dog and a metal piece that could e punctured my tire. Also, they wiped down my mahogany antique furniture with windex and ruined the top of one of the pieces. I was able to salvage one piece but not the other.

They could clean the windows after the installation.

I would like to see a video on how to lower and raise and open windows for cleaning safely to not damage my new windows. The demonstration on site when i was visited by Steve , Diehi was pretty quick and i may have missed some cautions in operation of all your features.

The fit, function and color are perfect. Window World nailed it in every aspect and we will recommend them to anyone needing windows or doors for their home.

Versatile windows and reasonable prices along with good warranty

The windows look great however I wish the crew that put them in would be more considerate of my things. Rather than unscrewing my alarm sensors they just pulled them off of the wall. They broke one which cost $50 to replace and the alarm company had to come and reinstall the others at a rate of $148 an hour.

They did a great job on the house. They were very friendly and courteous . I would chose them again. We still have one thing lef, but they are coming back out.

It is by far one of the most exceptional experiences. Those guys showed up in the middle of a rain storm, it was lightning and thundering. They didn't hesitate, and put blankets out, so they didn't make mess. In less than two hours, they had my beautiful new windows put in. They were very polite and we didn't hear anything out of them. It was gorgeous work.

I’m on the fence about this. I love my windows except I was shocked to find how much noise they let in. If I was to recommend, I’d definitely tell them about this one issue.

The salesperson who originally gave me a price looked at the job and seemed not to be in line with the actual workers. He quoted me for splashing and cover, so I anticipated getting that. However, when the installers arrived, they said they couldn't do any of it because it was a brick wall. I had the customer sitting there as it was going on, and it put me in an awkward situation because that's what the customer wanted. That was what was priced and what I thought I was getting, and then they got there and said they couldn't do it.

Efficiency in whole process. Good quality work. Professionalism with individual care in sales. Excellent installation crew.
