Window World has excellent customer service. We had a slight issue with a newly installed door sticking a little. This was likely due to the changing weather. A crew came out today to address the issue. They were friendly, polite, and quickly adjused the door. They also asked me to check to ensure it was closing to my liking. Appreciate that!

Entire Process from consultation to installation was Extremely Professional Salesman very detailed & answered all my questions! Install Team installed my windows very quickly & Left everything clean! Would highly recommend!

you can give a timeline even if it was a 4 hour window instead of the day of. folks have to plan for work purposes when to leave. i didn’t hear from anyone until 10 that morning and they were an hour late. it meant i really didn’t have to leave work but i burned my leave unnecessarily.

It was a messy job and I'm having to hire someone to fix and paint.

Per did an excellent presentation of the product.

Everything. Fast, no mess left and the windows are beautiful.

I like the professionalism of Alex the guy who helped me decide on what I was looking for in my windows and the crew that did my windows, you can't deal with a better company than Window's World.

We had a couple of problems after the installation that needed to be addressed. However, the second time everything was done to my satisfaction.

The guy Andy that sold me the windows ordered the wrong windows i tried to get in touch to made sure everything was going correct but when they got there they were not what I ordered and put my job on back change my window frame to make Windows fit but it was the wrong window talk to Sean it ended up costing me a lot more money than it was supposed to and I was supposed to get $250 back from the inconvenience and the money I had to dish out additionally and only got $150

I just didn’t like that I asked before hand if the aluminum panels above the windows needed to come off for installation and I was told no. But when they came they took them off and just left them in the yard. I was only asking to begin with because I don’t have help or means of getting them back up. The windows look great tho.

Wasn’t really pleased with the salesman, very arrogant, the only reason i went thru was because Mr. Gary Prince bragged on the service and the windows.
The crew that removed old windows and installed new windows were amazing. Very pleased with windows so far.

They broke the windows that they were removing. There is glass around my pool deck. There should have been a better way to remove the windows.

The details of the installation could be improved!

Like the windows installation was good with a few issues removal of old windows they shattered many of the windows leaving tiny glass pieces on my bed and patio area also the caulking of the windows in some places was sloppy had to clean up some of the caulked areas

This was the last of 18 total windows I had done. Between all of them it has made an unbelievable difference in how the house hold temperature.
