Well, I’m guessing that no effort will be made to follow up on providing photos to people showing what the end product looks like for different types of installation. See comments further on.

I’m satisfied with the siding I got installed, but not happy with how the installer handled it. His crew left my electrical meter and a breaker box not secured to the wall after siding installation, but what bothers me the most is they put a nail through my air conditioner refrigerant line, which caused all the refrigerant to evacuate. They then called an AC repair company to fix it, and I was never informed about any of this. The first time I heard about it was almost a week after the installation when the field supervisor David asked me if my AC had been running ok. None of how this was handled is acceptable to me, and if asked I would recommend against Window World installing anything for anybody. Despite being satisfied with the siding, I cannot trust that nothing else went wrong or was done sub-par and I’m just not being told about it by your installer or your field supervisor.

Our field supervisor was a gentleman named Stephen

On the initial install, we were supposed to be contacted around 10 AM to give us a time range when the guys would arrive

After doing research, not hearing anything till around 11:30 I was able to acquire Steven’s number
He replied back that his guys had to take care of a door unit and they were gonna be on the way
With no ETA since they were working on a project

Around 1 o’clock, I re-contacted Steven since I haven’t had any updated communication
He simply replied they’re on the way
No updated ETA

The crew got here and did a phenomenal job paying attention to details and leave a very clean job site
There was one window unit that was damaged and it was going to be re-ordered and expedited to install

I requested if possible to have the same installation crew since they did a great job and they were eager to finish the job they started

We received the call around the beginning of September to schedule our window installation for September 15

The morning of the 15th I contacted the office at 8:30 to see if we can get an ETA of when the guys were gonna be showing up at that point it was brought to my attention that they had us scheduled for a service appointment
Not an install Steven did not make proper notes on the ticket and Dennis and his crew were not available so Project Manager Andrew and Steven came out and installed the window
I brought this lack of communication lack of sense of urgency to the attention of Andrew has a point of teaching and hopefully improving stevens communication skills
I’m a business owner myself and communication is our lifeline our reputation is all we have
I highly recommend that my assessment of the situation be addressed further so that y’all don’t lose any additional clients due to lack of communication, etc.

We are very pleased with the product, which is very disappointed with the unacceptable lack of communication

We ordered a new door. It took over two months to get it installed even though it was delivered to Window World on time.

The process took me for a bad turn. The sales was fine and the actual installation day way great, it was the in between that was not good. My appointment was scheduled three weeks out after waiting almost a month after making the deposit. The day before my scheduled appointment they called to cancel it and schedule me for the next week. I asked for a refund and miraculously I was put back on the schedule.

My only concern is that the four corners of each window is soft. You can push on them and there's nothing behind it and it literally moves. I brought this up to the tech and was told not to worry about it and just don't push on the corners. It gives me serious anxiety about how long these windows will hold up.

Windows are expensive. I considered installing new windows myself, but after my experience with this company I would recommend using them over trying to do it yourself. There's no comparison.
