The technicians worked with me really well. I had some difficulty getting the blinds down, but they showed me how and I was really pleased with that.

Window World of Akron Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I completely understand your frustration with the length of time it took from order to installation, especially for a project involving four windows.
To clarify, all of our windows are custom-made specifically to fit each individual opening. Yes, Window World does manufacture our own windows, and because they are built to order rather than pulled from stock, production timelines can vary depending on manufacturing volume and supply factors. That said, I understand that the extended timeframe was longer than expected, and I apologize that clearer explanations were not provided along the way.
