The people that work there are outstanding!!!

The windows are a great fit! Looks great, but, when your installer put them in,he scratced our siding.
We called, the guy who came out I was not happy with. His statement was it's like getting a brand new floor in once a mark goes in. Oh well, you start not to care!
Now a guy who called about the color of the siding I left him the color of the siding I called him back 3 times no response. I called the office, office told me he was in a meeting, and would call me back before the end of day. And nothing
The same guy called back after a month. And asked .

Tyler explained everything quite well; I was kept informed of progress every step along the way; the window construction is high quality.

Everyone was so pleasant and wonderful to work with

The window locks on one window are opposite - meaning on one side flip up is open on the other flip up is locked. We have not been able to use our front door due to product defect going on over two weeks. Not to happy about that after we were told there would be a rush on the order. Have not had a chance to open and close windows due to cold and that is outside of your capabilities. When speaking with staff they have all been polite and respectful.

I feel I got a fair price, sales was not pushy, the work was top tier when finished.

The salesman wrote the order up misleading me. All the windows we beleived we ordered were not delivered. When I complained, nothing happened. I have had no response.

None of you listen to me the customer I dont want e-mail or text I hate them call ????? I want receipts and warranty in writing not e-mail okay understand ???? Thats my only problem but it matters that people listen to me respect I spent alot of money !! Work was fine Sales man a bit pushy probably since hard times and not selling much but thats the market and economy ??? Will recommend to friends if they are doing windows !!!!! Loved how well the installers cleaned up and left no mess in my house also !!!! Told salesman wanted done right away and then took 10 days to get the windows measured then another fews weeks for windows wish he would have told me it would take that long got lucky were done before the real cold and they make a big difference do like the windows also ....

I am satisfied with everything. The windows look good. Even though they didn't do the picture windows exactly how I told them, I grew to like it.
