Contract to replace rotted decking and install new shingles. VALOR ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION LLC failed to replace some rotted decking and installed new shingles OVER AN EXISTING HOLE in decking. When it was discovered a year later, VAL MURRELL refused to make repairs, refused to provide his insurance information and ultimately refused to communicate. **DO NOT USE THIS ROOFING COMPANY**
