Reggie Williams scheduled my install of the kitchen slider that was not put in when the original windows were put in.

The initial salesperson, the installer and the order status was great. My only issue was the information supplied as to how far I had to go to ready the space for the installation. I could have saved myself a lot of work and exposure had I had a better idea of the scope of the change out process.

Great communication, excellent work

Up until today I would have highly recommended. My windows were installed 5 days ago. Never heard from the salesman in those 5 days, and then he shows up at my home tonight. He doesn’t ring the doorbell, doesn’t call. Instead, he decides to strike up conversation with my INDEPENDENT contractors who I hired SEPARATELY to replace the rotten trim around all windows. He was accusatory saying they could have been installers for Universal Windows with a side business of trim replacement trying to then take credit for the entire work of window & trim.

When my husband checked cameras and saw your employee was outside, he went outside but by the time he got out there your employee was driving away. There was NO effort to communicate with me or my husband at all. Did not ring door bell or call. He disrespected my contractors & left. I immediately called him and asked if he was at my house, which he stated yes he was. When I asked about encounter with contractor he kept saying it was all “misunderstanding” and “confusion.”

Your team never left a sign to put in my yard. Now after this encounter I have to make sure my contractor returns to complete job after being disrespected by your team.

Installation was fast and professional, and the installer was very courteous regarding our home and cleaned everything up nicely afterward.

They were really good at doing their jobs. Vasyl and his helper Sergey went above and beyond. I really appreciate their attention to detail and I was 100% satisfied.

The representative was very knowledgeable and personalble. I didn't feel pressured.

It took us months and months to hear back from you after we had agreed to purchase two storm doors and agreed upon a price. The salesman initially made a mistake on which door that we wanted. It took numerous times over weeks to have him respond to us and each time he promised to fix it he didn't. It took me calling the lead sales manager to get any action and even then it took weeks for the contract to be sent to us. The mistake on the storm door was not fixed until we scheduled the door measurements.

They did a wonderful job, they were respectful, did what they said they would, and took everything away. The only thing was that they forgot to put a sign in the front yard. Someone looked at the house and asked if someone else moved in. He didn't recognize it.

Installation was noisy. Workers moved light furniture and blinds out of the way but refused to put them back -“It’s in the contract.”

Just like the ad, I love my windows. The work so smoothly I almost want to stand there and simply raise and lower them numerous times.
