Didn’t get what I was sold now that it’s complete no one will call me back

The crew that put the siding on was actually top notch ! It was the office folks lack of communication and promises that did not come thru as the reason for a low recommendation.

I had to pay 50% deposit before I received a contract to sign.

I would definitely recommend Universal Windows.

My property was damaged. The on seen supervisor was notified, but nobody has contacted me about the damage to my property to even show they cared.

The salesperson was amazing and went above and beyond to help me. After that communication is terrible! I had gutters done at my home. I had a third party work crew show up with out any advanced notice, they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing on my job. There was a lot of communication issues. I am still waiting for your company to call me back as I have questions on the job that was done. The crew left a mess at my house used a leaf blower to blow th debris all over my yard instead of cleaning it up. This is the second time I am waiting days for a call back about the same questions I have had since the work was done.

Solid work and good communication, although the immediate upsell to a premium window in my quote was a red flag at first. Initial pricing was staggering as well until I was called back later mentioning a manufacturer rebate type discount. I had already brought a coupon from the mail before the first quote however and the price difference was in the thousands. Almost scared me away honestly.

i think it was a average experience at best. I called window company for a new window, saleman came out looked at window and had a conversation with me about replacing and pricing etc..

The installation was a disaster. So many installation issues and the install team just left. I requested the windows be cleaned as they had got sunscreen, glue and black hand prints on the glass and white trim. A call the the branch resulted in a service appointmentnearly a month away!
