This install began in August of 2025 -- One sash arrived with a crack across the glass and 2 windows had stripped screws on the latches. Many calls later and much waiting to get the new window. It is now March, and we just got the new window and repairs to the latches. Not satisfactory for us at all.

From start to finish I was satisfied but then again I am a prior customer.

The caulk work on the windows is sloppy and debris was left in the yard, in my bedroom ,and in the bathroom.

Over priced under promised.

Fix and finish project.

The way they took out the old door and put the new door in and made sure it fit the opening and caulked around the door for a tight seal and cleaned up after themselves.

They came out and repaired my window and even sprayed WD40 so it went up and down easier.

We were pleased with the original installation even though it was delayed a few months. However the follow up for service has not been the best experience.

The door isn’t sealed on the exterior of the house. Open hole exposing wood.
