Was so easy and clean!

From start to finish everything went seamlessly! Very organized company, as we loved how well we were kept informed from when the windows were being manufactured to when they arrived at the company to when they were to be installed. The technicians who installed moved quickly and were very professional.

The customer service was terrible. Had a hard time getting a hold of anyone. Trying to get callbacks in a timely fashion did not happen. The only person who did contact me back whenever I texted was Corey. He did try to help resolve all the issues. Carrie, who was supposed to be the one to return my calls for scheduling, etc. Was impossible to get in touch with.

Quick professional sales and installation.

The only person who has actually been helpful was our sales man John. The roofing people were also fine. The siding people did okay, but they messed up the trim around our new windows and smudge their caulk all over the ac unit. Communication with this company is also awful. The workers who come out don’t understand English and can’t understand the instructions they have been given which causes mistakes. They incorrectly cut a hole in our wall, broke glass, left nails in our yard, did a shoddy caulk job everywhere, broke a screen on our new window and still installed it, broke our garage sensor, our ac unit hasn’t worked properly since they left yesterday also. Now I have a technician coming out to fix that. We are missing plugs in our windows and they are dirty with smudges.

Yesterday, I noticed that water was in my garage. I never had water in my garage. I had lived in this house since 1987.

The installers were on time and their work ethics were awesome. We were very satisfied with our new windows. The quality was impressive.

Good service, quality product

The process was great and everything work out wonderfully. A little miscommunication on the arrival time of the install day. I did find quite a few large nails, about 10 to 15, left in my front lawn and garden bed. That could be dangerous! Otherwise it was ordered and installed within a month and a half.

Communication was great, work was fast, it's still just expensive.

The installation dragged on for a week. Poor communication with installation head. When we inquired why the crew did not show up, we were informed that more siding needed to be ordered. He should have let us know.
