Quick, efficient, and relatively affordable

My order was delayed due to doors, my French door trim was wrong & still waiting on it to be fixed, & communication was poor. Just not a good experience at all for the cost paid. Very disappointed.

You refused to compleat a contract as promised

Grid pattern does not match replaced windows. We were told it would be identical. Also, another $600 was charged the day of install that I was not told about.

Had multiple issues with our installation. Broken trim, caulking that didn’t match, caulking install is terrible, oak trim put on a cherry window. Sent the same guy’s that did a terrible install to repair their mess and sent another man that just added more awful caulk.

I wanted to pay upfront. Had to go through a different place to may payments. I was told it would take 1 month to get the windows, it took 3. The communication awful. Had know idea what was going on.

We had several windows and a door to replace. It was dumb because we had to split this into 2 different projects. The door they had to check on with engineers but they didnt tell the guy that came to measure windows to look at the door while they were there, so I had to work with the sales guy remotely to get answers. At one point, I had called several times with no answer about scheduling the measurement. The initial email they had for me was wrong, which was fine, but after fixing it once for documents, it wasn't fixed in the system after that. I am disappointed that there wasn't a team that 1. Cleaned the windows you installed and 2. Checked the windows for scratches. I found it annoying that I had to clean them all and I found 4 windows with defects, and 2 screens that were punctured. Univera has been good in working with me to get these fixed and replaced, just annoying this is on me to find out and be in charge of. Lastly the windows installers had a sealant canister explode in the outside siding, and they didn't bother to clean it up. Its on the siding and even on the window. That shouldn't happen and you shoukd have a team to inspect work after its done.

I just felt like for 10,000$ I would he really wowed.

Haven’t had it installed yet. Still waiting. When they did finally install the window they didn't finish the inside trim.

Very smooth process

Done in a day. I was informed on a regular basis status of installation.

This has been a disaster since the beginning. First the rep lied and said that the hold up was getting the permit. It turns out for a mobile home you don't need permits. So that was a lie. Then I've been paying the loan but no work done until middle of September. I signed contract 5.26.26. Now they came and only completed part of siding and said they were done. If I ever handled my job like this I would be fired. I expect this to get fixed or I will pursue legal action.

Just with time

I would not recommend Universal Windows Direct based on my installation experience. The sales experience was good, but the installation did not meet my expectations. The installer arrived approximately four hours late. The exterior finishing was incomplete, with uneven trim work, missing caulk in some areas, excessive caulk in others, and unfinished corners. The patio door also does not open and close smoothly. Broken glass from the old door was left behind, creating a safety hazard, and my family had to continue cleaning the area. I expect these issues to be inspected and properly corrected.

Will Miller did a FABULOUS job installing our new windows! They are so beautiful and actually open & close like they’re supposed to (unlike our previous, old Rosati windows!

We changed out an old Baywindow replaced it with sliding window with Universal direct, the 2 men who came to install our windows was on time , installed it, cleaned up all in less than 2 hours.They did a very good job, neatly done, Thank u
