Since its inception by co founders William Barr and Michael Strmac in 2002, Universal Windows Direct has lived by the philosophy of CANEI - "Constant and Never Ending Improvement". This philosophy holds true in all aspects of our business, from sales and marketing to installation and service and has catapulted UWD from a small, local home improvement company to one of the largest exterior remodeling companies in the country. I was having a bad week when install was scheduled. I moved it back, then the installer called to see what’s up. I explained what was happening, he listened then came up with a game plan that worked for me and then. They went above and beyond to help me. That’s rare these days. I’ll be buying my siding from them.

Given what the total price tag was, that made us question a couple things at first, but for the amount of work done I can rest easier knowing that it was done right, on time and the look of the house is very nice. The cleanup was well done, the old hauled away without us lifting a finger. The crew was hilarious to listen to while they busted out the house.
