Very friendly staff. Professional installation. I love the quality of my new windows

This is the second time I had windows installed and the first time was a 10.

My likelihood to recommend Universal Windows Direct would depend on which friend I was referring them to.

Ordered a full front door set, but they ordered the wrong storm door. Another 4+ weeks to actually get the door we ordered.

Purchased 5 windows. Window grids do not line up for two of the windows from top window to bottom window. Two attempts were made to replace only either the top window or the bottom window and neither but still not to my liking. r was acceptable. Finally, a new whole window was ordered & installed but still not to my liking.

I wish I would’ve known that I could not get pet screens ordering black vinyl. I found out after install

Communication after the sale was ourtstanding keeping us informed of the manufacturing, delivery, and installation progress.

Installer was really good
But st end of installation he told me I get to sand and finish interior of window lucky me. Didn't think after what was told to me about quality & workmanship of the windows that would have been completely done

Marvin and Nate were absolutely amazing, my house is 100 years old and it was no easy task, it took nearly 8 hours to do the work, it should only have taken a few hours, however, because the windows were so bad it took much longer than anticipated. They worked steadily without breaks, when Marvin finished it looked like a new house.

Installed wrong design. Installers said they would report this back to the company and never did.

From the time we met with the salesman (Marty Larkin) to the finish of the install, everyone was friendly and professional. The install itself went flawlessly. We had 10 windows replaced on a cold (32 degree) day. The install took abouit 3 hours, a lot less then we expected. There was no mess left behind for us to clean up. The window quality is on par!!

Nearly every window sash has a scratch or chip in it. Have been fighting for two months to have them replaced. Being told that only one out of 18 will be replaced and others are not covered under warranty. I don’t understand how I am expected to receive a new product that is damaged and somehow that is supposed to be acceptable.

Poor timing on instilling the windows

I never got my Amazon gift card even after I called about it. One of the installers was rude. Not the gentleman who came to measure- he was very nice.

The installer noted our windows was crooked. It took little over 6 weeks to get a new one, but we are very happy with our new windows & especially the doors!

Do not like to be pushed into an order

Place is great everyone is friendly , also myself and my husband are old school they worked around us not using credit or credit cards , they came out there way to pick up the cash .
