Had multiple issues with our installation. Broken trim, caulking that didn’t match, caulking install is terrible, oak trim put on a cherry window. Sent the same guy’s that did a terrible install to repair their mess and sent another man that just added more awful caulk.

I just felt like for 10,000$ I would he really wowed.

I was having a bad week when install was scheduled. I moved it back, then the installer called to see what’s up. I explained what was happening, he listened then came up with a game plan that worked for me and then. They went above and beyond to help me. That’s rare these days. I’ll be buying my siding from them.

Given what the total price tag was, that made us question a couple things at first, but for the amount of work done I can rest easier knowing that it was done right, on time and the look of the house is very nice. The cleanup was well done, the old hauled away without us lifting a finger. The crew was hilarious to listen to while they busted out the house.

Call back in timely manner, kind of felt put off. No worries... Overall, experience with personnel was fine.

The installation was a disaster. So many installation issues and the install team just left. I requested the windows be cleaned as they had got sunscreen, glue and black hand prints on the glass and white trim. A call the the branch resulted in a service appointmentnearly a month away!
