Established in 1988, business partners and friends Roger Pierce and Steve Wells purchased Uni-Tech Pest Control in 1997. For both Roger and Steve, the most important aspect of their business has always been finding and retaining the best possible employees, training them to do the right thing, and not just the easy thing. If they truly cared about how well they did, then whoever is in charge i.e. the owner or manger, would contact me and ask me what happened. When they crew left they knew I as not satisfied. I felt more that they were the company that got the job and then did come back. There is not a follow up.
