At Transformations, we take pride in creating personalized plans that include both aesthetic and wellness treatments to refresh and heal all aspects of your body. Established in 1997 by Cindy Marshall, Transformations' foundation was based on Whole Body Wellness and Detoxification. Sold in October of 2022 to Kerri Harkness, a Family Nurse Practitioner and former Transformations client. Kerri aims to merge Whole Body Wellness with Aesthetic Medicine.

What kind of insulation is needed in the attic of my 2-story brick town house so that the 2nd floor bedrooms are as cool as the basement and 1st floor?
R-49 also ventilation is very important to have soffit vent as well as roof vent to keep the attic cool and dry.
