I liked the professionalism of the workers. They also went out of their way to answer any questions I had. The quality of the ProVia window is so good that noise from the busy street outside has been reduced greatly.

I love the final look. I love the professionalism and promptness in addressing my concerns. I appreciate the suggestions made by Martha on what to add, what to avoid when drawing up plans. The only negative feedback is there was a change to the order two - three weeks prior to installation that did not get done. I had changed the bath surround to subway. Martha confirmed the change via text. The original smooth surround was installed. I am happy with the smooth surround but was a bit disappointed that my change wasn't noted properly. I responded to Martha's text making her aware of the issue but I never received a response back. It would have been nice and professional to receive a response.

Yes, we are likely to recommend the Board Store to someone looking for Home Improvements. The guys were here on time and when they left for the day, everything was neat and tidy. When we asked questions about the windows, they gave answers that were very easy to understand.

I chose Board Store because they had the highest installer certification for ProVia Windows.

In regards to scheduling, if you’re looking to get the work done, expect some delays. I have a friend currently doing a remodel at another location, and they are managing it themselves, and having their own contractors and buying all their own materials. It has been a struggle. If you’re willing to pay extra it should work out better to get it. One contractor comes in and does everything and gets it done.

Extremely frustrated in timeline of kitchen project.

We have already recommended them to several people that we know. The Board Store does good quality work and we would use them again for any other home improvement projects.

The communication thing really didn’t sit well with me. Like once they had payment I didn’t need to take precedence.

They are very professional and knowledgeable, and I chose them over other bids I had gotten.

Personally I think they are reasonably priced. They respond right away with estimates. The work done was excellent.
