From start to finish I am so impressed by the bathroom remodel. Everyone was so pleasant to work with. Workmanship was outstanding. The Board Store will always be my choice for any home improvement project.

Professional. Respectful. Transparent. Our in-person experiences with Brandy and the installers has been top tier.

I am totally happy with the job and can't wait until next spring, when I will talk to them about my deck, which is the next thing on my bucket list to do.

Board store quoted a price and stuck with it. No pressure to sign before consultant left. No added hidden fees. A small damage incurred during installation,was addressed immediately to our satisfaction.

My sister is looking to have a shower updated. She had a very discouraging experience with a salesperson from another company who was very high pressure and unprofessional. When I found out, I told her to just go to The Board Store and she wouldn't need to worry. She has seen our projects completed and has been impressed with design and workmanship.

I liked the professionalism of the workers. They also went out of their way to answer any questions I had. The quality of the ProVia window is so good that noise from the busy street outside has been reduced greatly.

I love the final look. I love the professionalism and promptness in addressing my concerns. I appreciate the suggestions made by Martha on what to add, what to avoid when drawing up plans. The only negative feedback is there was a change to the order two - three weeks prior to installation that did not get done. I had changed the bath surround to subway. Martha confirmed the change via text. The original smooth surround was installed. I am happy with the smooth surround but was a bit disappointed that my change wasn't noted properly. I responded to Martha's text making her aware of the issue but I never received a response back. It would have been nice and professional to receive a response.

Yes, we are likely to recommend the Board Store to someone looking for Home Improvements. The guys were here on time and when they left for the day, everything was neat and tidy. When we asked questions about the windows, they gave answers that were very easy to understand.

I chose Board Store because they had the highest installer certification for ProVia Windows.

In regards to scheduling, if you’re looking to get the work done, expect some delays. I have a friend currently doing a remodel at another location, and they are managing it themselves, and having their own contractors and buying all their own materials. It has been a struggle. If you’re willing to pay extra it should work out better to get it. One contractor comes in and does everything and gets it done.

Extremely frustrated in timeline of kitchen project.

We have already recommended them to several people that we know. The Board Store does good quality work and we would use them again for any other home improvement projects.

The communication thing really didn’t sit well with me. Like once they had payment I didn’t need to take precedence.

All ready stated to several party’s how good a job they did for us.

They are very professional and knowledgeable, and I chose them over other bids I had gotten.

Personally I think they are reasonably priced. They respond right away with estimates. The work done was excellent.

Most of the Board Store staff was very efficient with their time and communication and thei quality of work from the installation crew gave us peace of mind the job would be done correctly.

Quality at a good price

Company does not quote a price only to offer better price if you sign and pay the day of quote. Company beat competition price by thousands on the exact same windows!

Most jobs done were great. This one fell a bit short.

The installation with The Board Store is great. The crews that do the work are awesome. They do a great job. The salesperson does not always understand the nature of the project completely. They do not ask a lot of questions. So some things were not the way I thought they would be.

I felt the Board Store had a commitment to quality and good values.

I'm hoping to have them do more work next summer.
