Their packing crew did not speak English They didn't not fill the boxes all the way and they packed a live plant. I found molded paper in dresser that was supposed to clean and they did not clean them. I needed a piece of furniture for the bed. They said it would be a week or so before I could get it back. So I just went an bought another one. The bill was made out to me instead of insurance company. They wouldn't allow me to get the furniture so the insurance company had to get involved just so I could get my furniture back. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their service was horrible.

They were amazing. They did a wonderful job, and I feel like they did it in record time. It was great. Billy kept me notified of everything going on and I was never in the dark.
