Very professional from the start.

The Sytem Paver website clearly shows crushed aggregate base as being installed on top of the geotextile fabric and below the bedding sand. Therefore, I thought that I would get crushed aggregate base. I did not. I got road base, which is some small rocks (not crushed) mixed with a lot of dirt. If I had been given a choice, I would have chosen crushed aggregate base in a heartbeat. Showing crushed aggregate base on the website, but using road base is treading close to deceptive advertising. I suspect that System Pavers switched to road base to cut costs, not because road base is a higher quality base than crushed aggregate.

The System Pavers crew were helpful begging to end. Clearly explained pricing and the installation process with no surprises. They were helpful and quickly addressed and questions or concerns during the design process, financing, installation and the final completion of project sign off. Very professional company and would recommend them for any landscaping project needed at your home.

I found it necessary to double check the quality of the work as a couple of things needed to be redone.

I was very pleased and impressed with every member of their team, starting with their sales woman, Lauren! Her knowledge of the paver design is exactly what we wanted. She explained every process of the job, step by step. The company's "system" flowed with ease from great communication to completing the installation. I will be calling them back again for my next paver needs!

Well, I am so happy to report that System Pavers were amazing from start to finish! We first met with Jay Maltzmam who described the process and showed us the various options and assisted us choosing a design. Their workers did a very professional job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade the look of their home.

I've used them twice, my first house and current house. They do a great job, show up when they are supposed to and have a great design team and project management team. Nestor did a good job communicating and when I had questions or concerns, he addressed them promptly.

Improve the payment system

Overall the process went smoothly. Completed faster than originally scheduled. Communication could have been better but, overall, we're happy with the result.

The initial meetings were good Ms. Marissa came in and discissed the project. We went back and forth a few times and but she never came back again to discuss the final idea.

The work got stalled for several weeks due to some issue with the city. Why should customers suffer due to bad planning on part of the business or vendor. Finally Jesse Cantu contacted us and thw project slowly moved forward.

There have been issues with the way the work got completed. So far Ms. MARISSA has not come back to verify/validate the quality of the work done.

The sand between the pavers had eroded almost a couple of weeks after install and it has been eroding continuously. We were informed that this is normal..
The pergola design was wrong. The company didnt have the proper licenses to have an attached pergola build we agreed to a detached one. They built it wrong and had to take apart the pillars to correct it. They had promised gifts but never delivered on that either.. how can we recommend them to friends?

Once getting past the sales tactics, I would definitely recommend SystemPavers for the quality of the work. The installation crew for our project was professional, courteous, and did an amazing job!
