JT and Dan were very friendly as well as professional. They made sure that I was being notified of what and why they were doing certain tasks. No cleaning required when they left.

Nothing but lies from the beginning. Product is poor quality and not what it was stated. Months and months of giving us the run around and not getting products ordered correctly. One installer even put in two p-traps.

The service was fast . He did a great job. Didn’t leave a mess. We are pleased with the shower.

We ad a minor problem, but you were very responsive to fixing the issue.

Having a complete plan before scheduling the work. Check all material before scheduling. Making changes on the fly is not good practice.

They walk you through the plan , make sure your satisfied and do top quality work.

They did a great job overall. The price was a little higher than I expected but with a life time warranty I hope it’s worth it. The installers were a little late getting here but they worked continuously throughout the day and got it done in one day. The project scheduler checked in with me to make sure it was being done okay. It’s only been one week but I would recommend them.

Very expensive compared to other companies

Very smooth process from sales to installation. Sales rep was very knowledgeable and work with us on the pricing and timing of installation. Installer was onsite as scheduled and did an excellent job on the installation. We are very pleased with our new windows and storm door.

Miguel was very good and quick. Completed in 2 days. Jason inspected and fixed small issue on the spot. Very competent and reassuring.

We have never been more happy to write a review of service performed. Jason, the installer of our walk-in tub and soaker tub for a second bathroom, is the consummate professional in every way. His attention to detail and making sure everything was done right gave us the confidence that we had made the right decision in choosing Statewide Remodeling. To begin with we asked him for sure if he and his team wanted to tackle carrying the walk-in tub up a flight of stairs to our second floor bathroom. His response, “I never back down from a challenge.”

Beginning with the cost estimator for our project, Justin Shelton; scheduler, Otto; carpenter/painter, Ismael; and most importantly field installation supervisor, Foster, all went out of their way to help guide us through this process in a most professional and helpful manner.
