The screens were cheap ones that didn’t fit our windows to keep bugs out. The screen was ripped and it’s taken a few weeks to get that resolved. The workers didn’t put the window correctly and the insulation in the window came out preventing it locking secu. When the workers out in the smaller window and dented the frame. I think there are some things that you could tell beforehand - like the fact that the bottom of the upper cabinets will remain untouched. It looks good from across the room, but if you get up close, there are some areas that are not so pleasing.
