Sales person was prepared with samples of materials. She could estimate the costs involved in a matter of minutes. We were able to negotiate discounts for VA, senior and advertising to help reduce the overall costs. Caitlin was very personable and friendly.

How quckly the job was completed

First, you are ripping off Vietnam veterans you over charged for just a shower replacement. I feel like contacting the Veterans Administration and warning all veterans not to do business with your company, too many lies. We belong to several Veterans organization, American Legion, VFW and DAV, which I will notify. Second, when the first salesman came to see us, we asked him not to process our check until the 1st of the month and he said OK, but he still processed it that day, which cause us a lot of problems. Third, He also told us if we bought our own door for the shower, you would install it. That didn't happen, we text the person who did the work on our shower and he did not respond. When he was working on it, he told us he was leaving for Mexico and couldn't return until July 3rd. We tried contacting him to no avail. I cannot express our dissatisfaction with your company who recently completed on our shower.

I just think they did a very good job
