I dont understand why the side of the cabinet by the stove is not in the contract you did have them come back and do them and the fridge was in. The contract but the the side of by the stove i think they should be included in the vontract in all contract

They were very efficient and did everything they said they would do. I appreciated that.

The overall experience was very positive. The sales person was very thorough and spent a lot of time making sure he had all of the correct information. The customer service and it was very friendly as well. I just had a small glitch with the install of the shower, however it was taken care of once I reported it.

I have waited a long time to respond because I was told the errors would be funded and they have not. I paid more for materials that were not used in my remodel, and I am now expected to pay for what I wanted versus what I got. That’s an issue for me.

There’s always room for improvement and while we ended up with the bathroom the way we wanted it, there were delays and issues we had to stumble through to get here. So yes I can recommend but with the disclosure that it didn’t go 100% smoothly. I did really respect that everyone took accountability when mistakes were made. No one complained or made excuses. They just figured it out and scheduled a time to come back out and fix it.

Paid 26,000 for a 13,000 job. Still no word from the company that sold the job.

All involved were exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The clean-up after the install was excellent.

The tile selection is absolutely terrible. I hated all of them and made due with what was offered. The only reason I hired you again is because I know and trust the quality of work. Also, during installation, I noticed the tile was not going all the way up to the crown molding as agreed upon. When I called the office, I was told “it wouldn’t look right” to go that far up the wall. So I asked for a copy of the contract. Didn’t appreciate the tone of person on the phone at all. It was condescending and “dumb lady”. At the end of the day, my tile meets my crown.
