The gentleman that came to install, they were great miscommunication between the home office and sales team and trying to get it out to the guys who actually come out. Project manager set for a Friday and nobody knew about it.

How quckly the job was completed

First, you are ripping off Vietnam veterans you over charged for just a shower replacement. I feel like contacting the Veterans Administration and warning all veterans not to do business with your company, too many lies. We belong to several Veterans organization, American Legion, VFW and DAV, which I will notify. Second, when the first salesman came to see us, we asked him not to process our check until the 1st of the month and he said OK, but he still processed it that day, which cause us a lot of problems. Third, He also told us if we bought our own door for the shower, you would install it. That didn't happen, we text the person who did the work on our shower and he did not respond. When he was working on it, he told us he was leaving for Mexico and couldn't return until July 3rd. We tried contacting him to no avail. I cannot express our dissatisfaction with your company who recently completed on our shower.

Statewide did exactly as they said they would and even completed the project a month earlier than the original projected due date.

Installation group was GREAT, electrical did come same day later. Only problem was getting the finish around tub took 4 days had to call and ask when going to be done.
