In the past Statewide has replaced my windows and was so impressed with their workmanship and the way they care about what they do that Statewide was the only choice.

I made a decision based on samples I was shown and questioned why they did not look thin like the actual siding and the The sample pan seemed to be thicker than the actual pan and I was told the pan would not be as slick but it was. I also said I wanted shower head to take out toxins from our water because our water makes my hair fall out and was told the shower head coming would beat it, but it only has a filter for catching debris. I personally felt I was older and looking for immediate help to make it easier for my disabled husband to take a shower safer. I would recommend that sales folks show the costs of all items before just giving them a total. I told the first person I spoke with that I only wanted a quote and a slick salesman never mentioned a quote. I accept my stupidity in this but when I wanted to cancel the second project that had not been scheduled yet, I was told it would cost me $13k. to cancel. I believe that is totally ridiculous. Two of our friends have seen the shower and was very impressed and said they would like one. I recommended they not use SWR.

I give the installer and his supervisor a 10 because they had nothing to do with the sale.

The end result is great and the Kohler walk-in tub surpasses my expectations. But the installation was, to say the least, a horror story.

The installers were efficient,very competent, and clean. The only thing I had to do was to dust the floors. I really appreciated their ability to do this installation so efficiently. Thank you to both of them’

Although primary installation had issues, they came back and fixed 99% of the problems on a second visit. I am finding more and more companies claiming superior 1st time quality but the real difference is those who come back and fix any issues for customer satisfaction.

We asked Statewide to replace our windows. The whole team was very professional from sales to window finish.

Everything! The two men who installed our walk-in bath were really awesome. They were on time, very respectful & friendly toward my husband and me. I wish I could remember their names! They worked very hard to get everything ready to be brought in and install. It was wuite a challenge to manuever the walk-in bath tub through the very narrow bath entry door and to be able work it all the way to actually turn the tub to the left to make it parallel to insert into new prearranged area. The ended up needing to remove the bath entry way door, remove rhe door frames on both sides of the door just on the bottom half in order to trim out enough space to bring the tub through. And because the tub had to pivot to the left they had to remove just the closet door—it was smooth sailing thereafter! They were cool, calm, and collected throughout the entire challenge! The patience of Job in the Bible. While the older person worked on the tub, the younger man the removed our toilet and installed the new Kohler one. We were very pleased and thankful for our new walkin tub and new toilet. Job well done!

From the first contact until the finish we were treated with respect, kept informed, and invited to witness the construction as it was completed. The installation team took great care to protect our home and to clean the work area each day. The work was performed by craftsmen that take great pride in their work and the finished product. The remodel was perfect.

They described next steps and schedule. They kept me in the loop. They arrived when they said they would and finished on time.

Installers were polite and professional. They explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do the job. They put down covering for the floor and cleaned up when they were finished.

This is the 5th project I’ve use Statewide, I’m continue to use because they are professional and has good finance options.

The installers tore up the bathroom ceiling, the pipes are loose in the wall, the caulking is not even & has gaps and the shower doors leak. They also got caulking all over the floor & other cabinet in the room & left deep scratches in the vanity top

I don't think anyone could have or would have done a better installation than Pedro Duran. When he first got here, he in my opinion, went out of his way to protect my furniture and floors and when he was finished, every thing was super clean. Many times he called me to explain what he was doing and why and after the shower pan had been set, he informed me that for some reason it had not set properly and he would have to take it out and re-set it. Many installers might have thought, "What the heck, he probably won't notice it" and kept going. I feel like I received a first class shower and I have had nothing but complements on it. I am very pleased.

Competitive pricing. Shouldn’t cost so much for a small shower stall. Supervisor never showed to review the work.
