The people who came were quite, fast and they were very clean. You couldn't even see if they ever came except that I have a new shower.

Reasonably priced

Our installers were very knowledgeable and professional the entire time they were here. No messes to clean up, ever! Brandon & his associate were on-time everyday day and happy and pleasant to be around!

Your installers did a horrible job. I have explained to Danny what I think of their work and WILL NOT PAY for such shoddy work! When the job is done correctly and doesn’t look like a 5 year old child caulked around the windows, I will gladly pay you.

They are good at what they do. The work is of good quality and they come when they say they will. They also back up their work.

The guys (Cory & Pedro) were great and cleaned up afterwards really well. The completed work is beautiful.

Very knowledgeable efficiency and quality work

Communication was good about arrival time and the possible completion time. I appreciated Saket coming by to check the work being done and bringing parts that were needed. The two men who did the work were very courteous, very careful with moving equipment in and out of the house, very knowledgeable, very hard working, and very professional. Their work was excellent.

Very professional but still personal

Everyone so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the project. They were so careful not to harm anything in the house.

Very professional, spelled out in detail what would be done, then once the project started a few weeks later (and a week or two earlier than initially projected), it ran almost exactly as they had forecast! Finished product is superb! I've used other contractors for other projects and regret that I didn't choose Statewide for them.

The person in charge of installation was difficult. I was not pleased with the caulking around the doors & windows. It was done by someone who lacked experience in my opinion. I have done caulking myself & know it is difficult for a beginner, but it really doesn't look good . The job is not done still. A metal piece from the bottom of one of the doors broke during installation. A replacement was requested but still not received as of yesterday. I have an appointment for next week. Fingers are crossed.

Quality of the work was excellent. They were very careful with covering furniture and minimizing dust, cleanup was thorough. I was kept informed about an understandable delay, which I really appreciated.

The drive to work swiftly and accurately

The installation process was a nightmare. The team shattered many of the windows they were removing. I found shard glass on furniture, carpet, throughout the rooms where windows were replaced. The finish work on the exterior of the windows was sloppy and very unprofessional and unacceptable. They finally came back a week later and finished the exterior with stucco as initially requested.
The communication between customer and Statewide is nonexistent. No one returns calls, no one answers their phone, no one follows through on the work.
Additionally, the individual who completed the stucco work (as a representative of Statewide) came to my home a week after the work was completed looking for his pay. That is not a good situation.

The whole process went well. The schedule that was given was followed exactly.

Installers were very professional and went above and beyond what was expected. Left our bathroom clean at the end of both days of work. Very knowledgeable in their work.

We were told that our bathroom windows would be operational, they are not and the trim for the windows reduced the view to about 20% of the window surface.

Overall, working with Statewide was the best! From start to finish, I was kept informed of every step. Even when we found my sewer line was cracked and I had to call in a third-party plumber to get that fixed it delayed everything but Statewide checked in and stopped by to check the progress of the sewer line repair. When the line was repaired, and Jose and Anthony came to actually install the shower they were was a pleasure to work with as well. My shower looks great. I know I will love it!

Did the job and left everything clean. They did a great job the result was exactly what I wanted. They were very friendly and knowledgeable .

Fast instillation (one day about 7 hours). Installers were respectful and professional.

Our installer, Angelo Chavez, arrived right on time. He worked consistently both days , without even taking a break, always explaining what he would be doing, and making sure we were happy with his work. On the second day, neither one of his helpers showed up so it took him twice as long. But he didn't complain or cut corners to get done. He was very professional and patient.

Installers introduced themselves and explained what they were going to be doing and was always asking if I had any questions about what they were doing

One contractor stood out, his name is Antonio Jimenez. First two contractors did a sloppy job, Antonio was sent in to redo all of the work.

You are very expensive

The total process (from sales to complete installation) was 99.9% satisfactory and we're working on the last 1%. Everyone was responsive and respectful. Miguel was awesome to work with and did awesome work!

Friendly and knowledgeable

The work was completed in one day gave them a 9 feel like if they had began the work at 8:30AM or 9 AM instead of close to 10:00 they would have finished before 6 PM Otherwise all was done very professionally and work double checked to be sure all completed

They come in and did exactly what they promised. Very happy.

It should have been done in two days and I would of said ok for three days but NOT TWO WEEKS.

This was a simple cave shower remodel. After picking the material and time to do project, there were several issues that caused problems.
