The homes are beutiful.

Trent Mahaffey is very professional. I have only been in my home for about four months, and since I moved in, he has made me feel very welcome and safe in the community. If I have any small issues, he comes promptly and returns my emails quickly, which means a lot to me, especially as an almost single mother. I appreciate his professionalism and support. I also appreciate Kenya Mitchell, who works in the office. She was the first person I spoke with when signing up for my home. She is extremely professional, and while all the other workers are as well, she is the one who inspired me to buy my first home with Starlight Homes. I appreciate them both very much.

It is quite difficult to communicate with the front office of the community. People are parking on the main road instead of the side roads where parking is available make it a very difficult for me to park in my driveway.

Great service very friendly

I already told some of friends my experience and how professional everyone is and quickly to get things right

Me atendieron muy bien entodo momento.

Great incentives, even better knowledgeable staff

They really worked with me and were always there to answer questions!

really depends on the outcome of the horrific floating of the sheetrock. i have rips and cracks, tape lines galore.

Mia Nowlin, the sales representative, was amazing.

This was my first time going through the home-buying process, and it was very organized. I was able to go out and view two different homes, and the financing, everything was broken down to me. It was a great process. What I thought was going to be difficult turned out to be very easy and comforting the entire time.

The satff was helpful and worked with us.

The offer was transparent and the process was smooth. We closed on time.

We’ve been in our home for just over a month. In the first month, the “brand new” AC stopped distributing cold air. I had to open a ticket. Ants and spiders throughout the house when we were told before moving in that a second dose of pest control would be sprayed. The garbage disposal stopped working and was told by the warranty dept that they don’t cover it so I had to go to YouTube and figure it out. Now the bathroom door on the first floor doesn’t properly close and I have a ticket for someone to fix it. It’s just been extremely disappointing to say the least. This is our first home and was very excited to move it but man I didn’t expect all of these issues in the first month. Makes me question the integrity and the quality of the work. Seems like a rush job. I’m afraid of what may happen after the first year and if the quality of the materials are only good to last for within that first year. Got to do better and more pride in your work.

We're very happy with the house, and we're very happy with the community itself, very clean. We love the pool amenity. The quality of the home is very nice.

Overall our experience with the purchase of our new home was good. They made everything convenient and easy.

Starlight Homes were really great about communicating with us regarding any concerns we had. If anything needed to be fixed, they addressed it right away. I like that they do the 11-month check-in, and we got a lot of things replaced very easily. The fact that everything is under warranty really gives you peace of mind when buying a new home.

The experience was simple they were open straight forward and we knew what to expect. Was a quick closing process.

The amenities offered are not adequate for the number of homes in the community. Many of the HOA stipulations makes it difficult to enjoy your home. Yard space is too small.

The staff that I worked with was very friendly and helpful

Highly recommend!

Absolutely easy! We found exactly what we wanted!

Starlight Homes is a good company. They help us well.

The process was very seamless and made my first home purchase a great one. Alisha was very professional and welcoming to my kids when we visited the office.

The prices are affordable

I would strongly recommend Starlight Homes. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my home starting with Sylvia Nwajei and ending with Brett Rountree. Both were helpful, honest, and highly responsive, ensuring a smooth process from sale through move-in and beyond.

Starlight Homes offers an affordable offer for anyone with dreams of home ownership.

Excellent service in everything

I hope future clients have a more favorable experience than I did. The garage, which is unexpectedly compact, proved insufficient for accommodating two mid-sized vehicles, a fact I only discovered upon occupancy. My attempts to convey this concern to the construction team were met with the assertion that no similar issues had been reported within the community. However, my primary focus remains on my specific property. The air conditioning system has once again malfunctioned. This situation is quite unsatisfactory for a newly constructed residence. Nevertheless, the community itself is commendable.

I like the fact that Trent, took care of all my questions and answered them in a timely manner. Even when I moved in he has been consistent. I recommend a home to my brother as well and he has since closed on his home here in Kendall woods also.

Home is great quality. The builder has been great.

My experience was good and customer friendly. They explained everything.

Sandars Smith & Maya Stroud made the process seamless from signing documents, getting me information, and working on touch ups.

I recommend Starlight Homes to anyone who wants to get a home.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend and I think people need to go over there and then see for themselves because I'm very happy.

The homes are beautiful and the staff is very friendly

Yes, I was treated with nothing but care and kindness throughout the entire process. The customer service I received was truly exceptional. From the very beginning, the team made me feel comfortable, informed, and valued as a customer. I have already started recommending Starlight Homes to friends who are looking for a new home. Thank you for making this experience so positive.

I didn't enjoy the experience witth Trailblazer Mortgage. The ending was better, but I didn't enjoy working with Mr. Powell.

Financial friendly and the mortgage is not too high to pay for.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because they're really great, made the process easy, and were a great option. I love it.

Starlight makes buying a house very easy for me and my family. everything was straight forward.

I was told that someone would come back and fix some things seen on the walk through the day before closing and it’s been over a month now. Also there was a leak in the floor. No one came to check on it,

I love how my garage door does not have like a dividing poll! I love the spacious rooms! Many windows!

Sylvia works in the office.

Logan Tanner is a good guy. He was very professional and helped me out a lot.

I had the best experience with ease and compfort

The process was very smooth. The team was really helpful walking me through the process, they made it easy.

I had a bad experience with the sale person. Everything else was good.

I had a wonderful, smooth experience as an investor.

I would 100% recommend starlight homes. The builders and sales reps are great! Actually I’ve already recommended two of my peers.
