They fought us all the way on the damage. They said it was our problem, and we needed to fix it ourselves. They are the ones that left the roof exposed. They constantly hounded us for a check,. The insurance company told us not to give them the check until it was completed. They strong armed us with phone calls, emails, and text messages. The insurance company had to force them to do the work.
