We have an older sunroom installed my previous owners of our home. It is a bit unique and the company that did the work appears to have gone out of business and, in some aspects of the original construction, didn't do a quality job. SNE, and in particular Maurice Champeau, has been wonderful in helping us find to solutions to some of the maintenance problems which have arisen and getting them resolved in a quality and timely way, at a fair price. In the most recent interaction, he actually did the work himself and was meticulous in getting it done efficiently and with little disruption. He clearly knows his stuff and is always very responsive to our calls.

My wife & I were very impressed with Maurice's presentation of a Four Seasons Sunroom and the quality of the window sample. We explained the dimensions and style of our desired sunroom and deck and he took it from there. He returned with an overall estimate and payment schedule which we approved. We signed the contract, made our first payment and he returned with several architectural drawings of our proposed sunroom and deck. Obtaining the approval/building permit from our town's building commissioner consumed the entire fall season, but Maurice prevailed. The project began during the worst winter we had on Cape Cod in many years, but Jim, the builder, and his helper persevered regardless of the weather. Even Maurice pitched in to help dig the holes for the footings. The project was completed in early spring and we have enjoyed it ever since.
