For the most part the quality is good.
after the purchase one finds items and notices thing that were not installed. I.E. no toilet paper holders, no towel racks in the bathrooms.
Now of the doors going outside are completely sealed. Each one has about a 1 inch gap in both bottom corners. Photos are available.

SoAlwaysme of the laminate flooring was hit to hard on the ends during installation forcing the end of the installed pieces to be slightly buckled.

A series of events happened during the last days of closing, and we feel that we didn't received any support from the builder (SH). The seller in this case Jennifer Coleman, failed to communicate important information about the seller credits at the time of closing. There was a lack of description in the initial contract of purchase, in other words misleading representation. Not sure if she communicated with SH regarding these concerns or not, I can only say SH wasn't present during these final days.

Again, this rating don’t reflect the current/real sentiment about SDH.

Ms. Ke made the experience effortless, she was very knowledgeable in her area of expertise, she has a confidence and calm in her tone. I was able to to reach out to her and she answered, and speaking to a live person when your doubtful in your decision making is very helpful.

THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE POLITE, INVITING, AND FRIENDLY. APPRECIATED THEIR MAKING THE PROCESS OF BUYING A HOME PLEASANT.

We have been in our home over a month and still don’t have keys to the front door

I'm really satisfied with the house I bought. Nakeza Collier and Hunner Lawrence were very accommodating. Everyone at Smith Douglas Homes was very helpful to me when I was deciding to buy the house. The quality of the house is really nice and very modern. We've been living there for a month, and I haven't seen any problems. The community is also very peaceful.

Build was as we designed. It having a set of blueprints for our record is definitely something that needs to be addressed.

Mike was great to work with. He’s very knowledgeable and always got an answer to me in a timely manner. He had lots of recommendations on things to do or not to do to keep our house in the best shape that I really appreciated. We love the neighborhood overall.
