Our pipes busted from the freeze in 2021. After finally getting ServPro to come out to do the repairs and working with the insurance company, it took over a year. So we didn't get the repairs completed until the beginning of 2022. I had to keep calling the project manager to see when someone will be coming out. He kept promising someone was coming or would call and they never did, I ended up calling 2 or 3 more times for everything! I had to chase them down to get them to come and do the work. So be prepared for them to leave you hanging and not be on top of the repairs.

Very professional company. Everybody I dealt with from office personnel to contractors and workers was informative and professional. The estimator who came to my house took his time and made sure he looked at everything so there was nothing missed. He and the contractor explained the work to be done and all my questions answered before work was started. The work was done fast and I'm happy with the outcome. I would definitely use them again without hesitation.

Without a doubt , they should be anyone’s first choice.

They are a waste of money. They half did the whole job and took six months to do it. I wouldn't recommend Servpro to anybody. I have bamboo floors and when they came in they dropped their products on the floor, causing the floors to buckle. They then blamed me for the buckles in my floor, and said it was my fault because I didn't care for my floors properly. They left water on the cement floors in my basement. They need to take classes and get re-certified. They suck. They stole $1500 worth of tools from me, and then only gave $500 back to me for my tools. I have a police report of this incident.

When they brought my stuff back to me they are very professional. When they came into the house they started working immediately and didn't stop. They kept on doing their job and did it well. They worked very fast. Monica was in charge of the group that came to my home and she was right on top of everything. She was very courteous, respectful, and very helpful. I didn't have any complaints at all.

While having a flood in your house is stressful, the staff at ServPro were always very professional and helpful in fixing the problems. The job took much longer than we anticipated, but there were specific situations unique to this house that precipitated the issues. ServPro were always willing to go above and beyond to make things right for us.

ServPro was very professional and all work was done as promised, we would definitely recommend ServPro of Spring/Tomball.

I've used them in the past so I knew what kind of work they have done so I called them again.

They were very professional, extremely polite and respectful. They asked me everyday if I had any questions and or concerns, which I really liked that.

They were an outstanding company. They went over and beyond expectations, from the superintendent to all the workers. They were very polite and respectful throughout the whole renovation. I would definitely recommend them again! I was so happy that Allstate recommended them to us.

The service was exemplary. Giving awesome customer service and still being professional through the entire process. Wanted to especially give a special thanks to Robert Cryer for going above and beyond a really manager duties and making sure all needs were totally completed.

Everyone that I came in contact with were very knowledgeable and polite. The only thing that I was not happy about was that they did not clean up after the job was done. The bathrooms where very dirty and also the floors. I thought that at least a basic cleaning to the bathrooms and floors was going to be done. Overall everything else was good.

They did an outstanding job. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. They made us feel secure that our project would be handled correctly.

ServePro is a very professional company! Everybody was just fantastic and I have already recommend them to a number of my friends. I will definitely use them again if and when I need to.

Nothing that we were told was correct. We were told that the job was going to take no longer than two weeks. It ended up taking 5 weeks and we were given excuse after excuse as to why we should have just accepted the way that the extremely poor service that we were getting. In the end we told them that we did not want to sign anything that said that we were satisfied with the service that we had received and were told that if we did not sign a statement saying that we were satisfied so that they could get paid by the insurance company that they would send us to collections for it. The customer service that we received was atrocious and we are not in any way shape or form happy with the service that we received.

The entire staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable throughout my whole claims process. Uprooting my family due to someone else's loss was a hard pill to swallow, but ServPro of Spring/Tomball assured me that I was in good hands and they would help me get through these times by making it look like it never even happened. 5 stars, hands down.
