It's been almost 16 months since our "6 to 8 weeks" project started after a water heater leaked. We have experienced incompetence, neglect, carelessness, collateral damages, invoices with an amazing lack of detail, and thousands of dollars in cost increases. We still can't even stay in the house.

When they started the repairs they had someone out for two days then sent them elsewhere to work. I requested them to come back to finish the work several times with no luck. Two weeks later when I turned on my A/C my bathroom flooded due to their poor workmanship. Only then did they send them back to work on my house. That was just the beginning of a long list of issues I had to deal with and still am dealing with to this day.

There was a bubble in the ceiling upon job completion, they came back to fix it since it has a one-year warranty. However, the bubble is still there. Things look slightly different than I had anticipated them looking. However, if that is the best quality I can get, then so be it.
