I experienced a broken pipe which resulted in most of my home being flooded. All my furniture, beds, desks, bookcases, electronics, and soaked carpet, were still in place over a month after the claim. The insurance company was partly responsible, but Servpro did not respond timely and much more of my belongings were ruined as well as additional mold throughout the house.
