Prompt service, excellent communication and execution of cleanup

Rytech did an asbestos abatement in my family room after a laundry tub in an adjacent room overflowed. They came at the agreed upon time, called beforehand to let me know they were on the way, were very pleasant and professional, and answered all my questions. In other words, they were great!

The crew made terrible drywall cuts, they left corner bead fragments with drywall, they ripped off a door and took it (without telling me), they didn’t remove screws. And they had to be asked to return to my home to clean up the floor of my basement. My drywall guys lost an entire day removing screws and making unnecessary cuts. The drywall should have been cut the size of a full sheet. I was very disappointed and voiced my concerns to my insurance company.

The guys who came here were very nice. I feel that the communication from the office could have been more informative at times.

I felt like they were a good company, but the person who ran the job didn't communicate as properly as they could've in regards to the job and when it would start and end. I think the guys can do a better job communicating with the owners. The owners let us know what was going on with emails.

The staff personnel were courteous and polite. They explained specifically what they were going to do.

The Rytech service team was outstanding—they handled my demolition issue quickly and with great care. I especially appreciated their consistent communication and regular updates on the progress in my home. I highly recommend Rytech for any home restoration needs.

Rytech came in after another company didn’t finish the job. They were more professional and did a much better job at a lower cost!

I feel like Rytech comes out and gets paid so much money to do nothing, but they tell us what went wrong. We already know what's wrong, and they just brought the dryers out to dry the floor. They took a little piece of our ceiling off for the asbestos, but that's it. I just think it's very costly.
