Salesman should have done better measurments including the position of the drain from the wall. That was a problem with the shower bed slab. Our concrete floors in this condo cannot be tampered with - the drain MUSt stay in the same place. This delayed instalation. Then they sent a lovely replacement that fit, but the color changed from bisquit to white so the wall sheets had to have a color change using only pictures on a phone or tablet - none large enough to actually see the product! Luckily I chose one that I liked and it was installed and looks nice. Also the prices are too high and the entire deal probably isn't worth the price I paid! It is diffiullt to recommend an install at that price point...

The installation looks good, but details are definitely lacking. For example, they took out the old tiles along the wall, but didn't do anything to cover them. The shower goes to the ceiling, but the material they removed still needs to be painted.They said they would come back and finish it, but ghosted me after I paid them. Shouldn't have paid in full when work still needed to be done.

The crew did not seem experienced in what they were doing. We repeatedly asked them not to let the doors slam but they continued to do so. We would have used West Shore if they would have worked in a condo. One shower is not quite level in a few places. West Shore did a shower in our old house and everything was perfect in half the time

Than once that my new shower has a lifetime warranty and I should add his name and number to my contacts in case I had any issues.

Also, the workers who did the installation were competent and polite. The job was done and a day and I really like the look of the new shower.

While the team was quick, my tub leaked on the first day. My floors were also slightly scratched upstairs (after we recently had them refinished) and my toilet was used as a work surface. I have to replace the toilet seat and lid because it’s so scratched from demo.

The process was very straightforward and the costs were laid out clearly. The installers were great and made sure to get our feedback on all the details before finalizing anything. They went above and beyond by adding shut-off valves for the shower so we didn't have to go all morning with no water in the house.

Installers arrived promptly, were courteous and competent. They took care to protect our floors and rugs and cleaned up debris and dust after the job was completed. They did the entire job--demolition to installation and clean-up--in a little over 8 hours, and it looked beautiful.

From sales to job completion everyone was top notch courteous and professional.

The job is still not complete, over a week after they left. They put holes in my wall that need to be fixed, but thus far just getting stalling .

The product itself is high quality and an affordable upgrade from fiberglass pre-fab shower units. Thr installation crew was professional and accommodating.
The 2 day install was completed within time limits, however, the additional 48 hours of curing time, left us without a shower for 5 days total. Having only one bathroom in our house, we felt somewhat challenged.

I will definitely recommend Rite Window. I'm satisfied with the company's professionalism. And how outgoing the team was to explain every step of the installation.

Nice product. High marks on sales. Low marks on follow through. Communications, coordination and oversight were weak.
