I’m having problems I never thought would exist with this costly investment

Bob Hurley was the sales rep and was great and explained everything. After the sale, he was always there to answer any questions we had.
Thiago & Matthew did the physical installation and were excellent! They told us everything they were doing and we're very professional, performed a quality installation and were very nice.
Steve, not sure of his title, but he was great to work with. He also answered questions while the installation was going on. He checked in with us a number of times each day and again after the installation. Great customer service, product and installers.

We were very happy with Renuity from the salesman Jay to the installers Wellington and William. We would highly recommend this company to do your shower install. We absolutely love our new shower.

Rite Window/Renuity Window installed 4 well-made new windows in 2 bedrooms in my house and re-used the 4 blinds as I couldn't afford 4 new blinds as earlier planned and added nice PVC framing around the 4 windows which was badly needed thanks to DaBella siding company of Westborough which did an awful job putting in new vinyl siding - Thank God Rite Window/Renuity Window is NOT another DaBella Co. and has morals ! Thank you - the windows came out great and they handled my blinds with care and no complaints with having to take them down and put them back up - no complaints from me - Thank you !

The installers were very pleasant, neat,organized and were wonderful on explaining every detail! They sell Kohler tubs and I feel they are the best for our needs.

Second time we’ve used them and had a great experience.

A one day install turned into a 3 day installation. They left a mess in my drywall. Used white caulk on the floor/wall that only ran out about 12 inches. Will require a skilled contractor to make things right

I would highly recommend that everyone use Renuity for installation of their windos.

After shutting off the water, make sure all water sources work before leaving for the day.

At the end of the day, the rules and regulations in my mother's coop association were very strict and TBH working with a company that is not local and not familiar with that building added a lot of unnecessary stress to the install. We had two dates where installers arrived and they weren't cleared to work. If I were starting over, I might have just used a local contrator who had worked in the building before.

The guys did a great job. Worked together; I was so impressed when the job was completed. Two showers in 3 days!!!!

On the scheduled date of installation, they showed up over 1 hour late. Sent them home and asked for a new installation date. The deposit was paid in December, 2025 and it took them until July 29th, 2026, to install my shower. Their contract reads "please allow 8-10 weeks from 12-17-25" What a joke. I think they just lost track of the project. The shower door entrance is only 18.5 inches. Thank God I'm not a large man, but I still have to turn sideways to enter & exit the shower.

We've had Rite Window do work for us at our home in Quincy. That work was excellent. This work in Shrewsbury was less than satisfactory. So, I gave you a 6.

As noted below, we have a lake house as well, and we need 6 new windows. The quality of the product and the installation of the windows on that project will be the determining factor for whether we ever use your services again.

Very expensive. I hope the products live up to the price.

My neighbors are extremely impressed by the speed of installation and the materials used by Kohler.

I liked that the installation team took a difficult job and made it work by taking the time to be careful.

I keep finding globs of glue everywhere. The wall was marked, there was an issue with the bar being placed incorrectly and days of having to argue to have it corrected. The finish work is unimpressive for the cost and in general, this is a grossly overpriced product.

I would loke someone to call me at 973-296-1884 to discuss from walll damage to the wrong floor to not having doors for months installed, no hot water followimg the install and a huge seam on the accent wall

The salesman didn’t listen to what my needs were, installers put marks on the ceiling in shower and didn’t fix it, also the tile on the wall they cut is loose now, where the shower pan and trim meet the floor they didn’t caulk so any water gets on the floor could get under wall and cause more damage. I called service department 4 days straight and no response for 4 days. No call back no payment.

I have two issues. The shower head and slide bar were attached to the rough plumbing at the same height as the old shower head. But the new shower head is above that connection point. The old shower head was below that connection point. Rough plumbing connection point should have been lower by about 8 to 10 inches. This would have located the slide bar lower making it easier to reach from a sitting position. I was expecting a nonslip shower floor. It never occurred to me that it wouldn’t be nonslip. But the shower floor is slippery. I use a shower mat. However, as I age that will become more problematic. I did this project to be safe in the shower as I age. These two issues make it less safe than it should have been.
