There were several reasons why I was dissatisfied with this project.  They cancelled our appointment 30 minutes before they were suppose to show up.  The sales person and the gentleman that came out to do the final check before installation told me the inside molding would not have to be removed and most of the work would be done on the outside.  The inside molding was removed and chipped. They were in and out of my house to many times to count, dirtying my rug and floors.  They did a real poor job caulking the inside molding and I will have to be redo it myself. They also did not caulk all the new nail holes they put in the trim work.

We are very pleased with the final result. The quality of the materials used is as beautiful as we expected. We had a very positive experience with the installation and installers. However, feeling pressured to make a decision without a few days to consider and extremely poor communication after the sale was made left us feeling uneasy and questioning whether we committed too hastily.

Anthony, Jose, and Elizabeth were kind, considerate, polite, and were extremely accomplished installers. They did a superb job and showed me what they were doing every step of the way. They answered every question I had and explained to me how everything worked. They were great at getting their equipment into my apartment and they cleaned up every thing perfectly when the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone. There are many businesses that can install showers. What differentiates one company from another is the quality of work and the genuine kindness of their installers. They did a fantastic job! The shower is already helping my back and leg problems by not having to step over a tub. Thank you so much!

Tidy, courteous professional

The rep told us that our electric box would accommodate the new tub. But when the installers arrived, apparently, it was a bigger job than was anticipated and it took 4 days vs. 2 days as originally advised. I know things happen unexpectedly, but maybe the rep should be a bit more knowledgeable with regard to these types of things.

I specifically mentioned I wanted a wider shower base. I was assured it would possible. On day of install it was not as wide as I wanted. I was told that 32 in was the widest it could be. I was not happy and there was no attempt to compensate me to make me satisfied.couple hundred off would have satisfied me. Felt i was deceived.
