The rep told us that our electric box would accommodate the new tub. But when the installers arrived, apparently, it was a bigger job than was anticipated and it took 4 days vs. 2 days as originally advised. I know things happen unexpectedly, but maybe the rep should be a bit more knowledgeable with regard to these types of things.

I specifically mentioned I wanted a wider shower base. I was assured it would possible. On day of install it was not as wide as I wanted. I was told that 32 in was the widest it could be. I was not happy and there was no attempt to compensate me to make me satisfied.couple hundred off would have satisfied me. Felt i was deceived.

Job was not done correctly and the installer never arrived to rectify the issue with the door alignment after stating he would.
Since, I’ve have heard nothing in a follow up by the service provider being Koehler via Rite Window. I was surprised that Rite Window didn’t follow up.
