First of all I was not happy the the install was scheduled with out the materials even being near. The installers had to wait around for 4 1/2 hours after getting all the old tub and shower out. Which put them behind. They were hear from 8 in the morning to 8:00 at night. Consequently they were getting tired so the scraps on the ceiling and dents in the walls were not their fault, I feel it is the companies for not having the materials here in a timely manner.

I would recommend because of quality but very expensive for most people.

I was told clearly by your rep that the payments to the finance company could be paid with a credit card. We considered the points that would be gained on that card as part of what brought the price of the project to a reasonable amount. After the project is complete and the financing papers are received, it appears that cannot be done. That cost us money. Your guys did a great job but this detracts from the entire project. I would not recommend any company that provides essentially false information to a prospective customer. It's tantamount to a bait and switch.
