Workers did their best at respecting the property, cleaned up after themselves and asked about preferences.

Efficiency got difficult job done in one day.

Oscar, Jackson, and Nelson did a fine job and completed the demo, shower installatio0n, and toilet replacement in one day. It looks much better than before, anmd hte bet part is, no leaks!

I would 100% recommend this company. Overall, they did an amazing job and I’m very happy with my new shower.

Explain process more accurately.
If something is damaged during install, tell the customer- don’t wait for the person to find what was damaged.
More timely response post install. I have warm water only ….project Manager has not returned my calls.
I was told I’d get cleaning instructions emailed to me the next day. It’s been 5 days- have not received anything

I sent emails to you and the answer was it was not rite windows problem. It was the contractor - fine but could not give me a name or number? Yes, I did have some issues.

The Language barrier and the co-operation of the person in charge, on sight, needs to understand or be told that when a customer ask for a copy of any paperwork signed, that the customer request should be met. You can't expect a customer to sign a documents for work completion, then tell him that he cannot have a copy. Not good practice. Anyone that signs any paperwork, especially for job completion, is to be given a copy on site...that is something your company needs to change.

Several items left us with iffy feelings. Not easy to explain in this manner.

The Rite Window Company was efficient and helpful throughout the process.

I would say the work, materials and ultimately the finished product is low quality for the price. There is a premium for the speed and convenience which is why we chose rite window, but it’s just a mediocre system. I would recommend and do recommend that others do a traditional solution. In addition the post construction inspection and follow up on construction defects is atrocious. I am still babysitting a very simple post construction repair for defective rail and seal that was not caught by the person at rite window who inspected and the fix for what I pointed out has been handled ( still not complete) very unprofessionally by service and sales

I don’t think there was much interest in the concerns I brought up.

Problems with final installation. Have called numerous times and had 2 people come to see the
Problems, take pictures and leave. No return phone call from Sam, the impatient person I have been dealing with. The floor of shower is uneven with water pooling on left side around your feet and the drain has sticky compound around drain pipe exposed and causing a greasy sticky mess on the screen covering the drain. Sam told me to go to Home depot and buy a different cover to remedy the problem. I just paid a lot of money for THEM to install the "perfect " walk in shower so why do I have to go and fix it °°

No problem resolution offered and no responses to our repeated phone calls, text calls and emails for over two weeks now since work was completed.

The communication in advance of the install was sporadic but ok. The install was set for two days. It took 5 days. The immediate area was cleaned but fingerprints on the glass and the shower walls weren’t really wiped down. The caulking was sufficient but not as clean as I expected. There was caulk marks on the wood walls above where the shower walls were installed. I’ve since cleaned it. Razz the original installer was. Professional and apologized for the delay and communicated the issues timely. Joe, who came at the end to install the shower doors was very professional,,timely and completed the job on a Sunday. The guys were obviously under time pressures but did a good overall job.

The installers created 2 fairly large holes...one intentionally for power access and one accidentally. The patched both but the patches need sanded and painted. I paid $26K + for this project...not for me to have to finish the project

There was no mess or debris at all! The guys worked together smoothly with with no cussing or fussing. the only negative was the job was actually done months later than promised by by rep

The men were very nice and worked quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

Conscientious workers, good craftsmanship

We have needed these windows for several years but we’re concerned that it would be a mess. However, the best part of the process was the install, neat and the guys made it all look so easy! Excellent service!

I would NEVER recommend Rite Window / Kohler for a bathroom project...EVER! Outrageously overpriced! Low quality (JUNK) items provided and subpar installation contractors
