This project, though finally installed nicely, was a handled very poorly.. If you review my emails, text messages and phone calls u will see how bad it actually was.

My installation crew led by Fernando worked very hard to complete my new tub installation. They made every effort to keep the job site clean, and addressed any issues that I had with the tub installation promptly and to my satisfaction.

Installers were great, but not impressed with quality of walls. It looks nice, but feels kind of cheap and it definitely wasn't cheap.

Everything went smoothly without any glitches. The installers were excellent. They were thorough, careful, and paid close attention to every detail. The final product is beautiful.

The workmen were on time, very courteous and polite. They were exceptionally good at keeping the entire areas of the house where they worked and passed through clean. After the work was completed, they explained all the workings of the faucets and the doors and how to clean the shower itself and the glass doors. They cleaned up and took all trash etc. with them. Very kind and professional.

The installers were professioonal and neat, and went out of their way to make my experience good.

The total experience was excellent

The floor in the shower is very slippery. When I brought this to their attention, they offered to apply a non-slip coating free of charge. Two things: one of the key selling points of the walk-in shower is safety. A very slippery floor flies in the face of that. Second, if they can apply a non-slip coating after the fact at no cost to me, why wasn’t it applied in the first place?

We felt the install went seamlessly but pricing was a bit high

The end product is very nice. There were a few setbacks with a broken base and an exhaust fan installation but the end product looks very nice.

Working with each employee from the product selection until to the installation completion went very well.
