I would not actively recommend Renuity to others. However, if someone asks who I used, I will be honest and tell them that the sales representative, installation team, and project manager were all outstanding. I would also strongly recommend working directly with Diego for any questions, issues, or payments. He is kind, caring, professional, and consistently provided excellent service.

The entire process was good until installation. We had ordered a window sill for one of our windows and the installers said they didn’t see it on the order but it was in the contract so they had to come back out a seperate day and getting ahold of the installers was difficult.
