I like that Pedro did an excellent job installing my window. Also, they showed up and did the work on the day that I scheduled with Renuity. I also liked that Pedro and his assistant Alex took care to put down fiber board over my carpets to protect them and drop clots over my furniture. When we’re done with the work, they totally cleaned up after themselves and removed all waste material.

The installation of the windows went great Diago and his team were awesome and the finished job was what we expected. Very satisfied with both the windows themselves and the installation.

Overall, I feel most of the process was seamless. The days of installation were a bit stressful, but was taken care of by the project manager in the end. The installers were all very polite and worked very hard to install my windows. They also did a really great job returning to repair any areas I was not happy with.

My job was not done and they force me to sign the contract

I had a problem with the fact that no one could speak English. In the beginning there was a guy who spoke English, but he did not stay after the initial beginning of the job. After he left, communication was impossible. I did my best to try to communicate but was not successful. The caulking job was not satisfactory. Even after they attempted to make it better, it still was not satisfactory. I personally used to do caulking jobs, so I know how it is done and know how to do a good job.

Everything went as promised: sales, install, follow up. When they told me they would be here they were here. That in itself is unusual these days.

I was shocked at the. Mount of cleaning I had to do after the work was completed. Other workers that I have hired in Florida leave my home as clean, if not cleaner, as when they entered. I am still disappointed in the molding at the end of the upper cabinet. The excuse was, “Then there would be rare wood showing. Simple solution, cover the raw wood. There were (still is a gap) gaps between the molding and the cabinet, rather than fitting it snugly, it was caulked. The bumpers on a pull out shelf could not go beyond the hinge, rather than moving the hinge and replacing the doors would, the bumpers on the glides were removed. For the amount that this project cost, I did expect almost perfection.
