Overall experience was smooth and professional

The installers were very good aside from their limited English. One thing is that there was some rotted wood on the one corner near the outside of the basin. I mentioned this to the installers and they said it's OK. I removed the rotted wood and dried it out and applied special epoxy to consolidate that area. Now I will fill in the area that was damaged.

See other comments. Still waiting for my glass doors to be leveled.Install 9/21. Field Mgr adjusted but dropped door leading to dragging. Installers were supposed come back 9/22 at end day.No show. Was supposed call next day.No call.Showed up 9/25 with 15 mon notice. Adjusted outside door, but did not correct inside door when showed them difference in space at bottom glass in middle and at wall. Area Mgr was supposed come check himself and has not responded to 2 emails. Inside door yet to be adjusted 2 wks after install.

I am so pleased with the way my shower turned out. From my sales rep to the installers the professionalism they showed was exemplary I have to admit the initial cost threw me off but after I saw what this install entailed I understood completely. My shower is beautiful and I would definitely recommend your company.

Easy process. Professional and did a great job installing

The product is of high quantity. The installation was done perfectly by two intelligent young men who worked very hard from 8 am to 6 pm. They were back working at 8 am the following day.

Communication is lacking and no one gets back to the customer in a timely fashion. Also, getting everything that was promised still hasn’t happened
