My overall experience with Renuity was fantastic. From filling out the online questionnaire to getting a callback to schedule the salesperson was almost immediate. The salesperson was on time and so easy to work with. He answered questions and was very personable. The installation crew was efficient and on task and left everything clean and neat upon project completion.

The installation was quick, 4.5 hrs... The installation crew, 2 men, were courteous and asked for our input on shower head, shelf and foot rest locations. Ours was a very clean installation. They used a ton of drop clothes. We were asked to give the installation a final inspection before they rapped up and departed. Over all it was our best renovation experiences to date. We would definitely have them back.

I am so pleased with the quality of the installation of these windows. Matt and Kevin were so careful and thorough in covering work areas and cleaning up afterwards. The windows work perfectly and the finish work is far better than the installation I had 8 years ago. I couldn’t be happier with my new windows!

Multiple problems. Multiple issues. Multiple phone calls to multiple people. Service people who caused problems. Supervisors who weren’t accountable. Never ever have we dealt with so many people to complete a project.

There were 3 things we weren’t happy with.
1. I asked for (and thought I was getting) a teak seat. Not plastic composite.
2. Your installers didn’t speak English, and only one knew what he was doing.
3. We told them to be careful removing our expensive basco shower tub door. They tossed it on the truck.

The sales rep Mike was phenomenal. He was patient, informative and made the process easy. The project manager and installers were kind professional and friendly. Highly reccomend Renuity!

The shower installation process was horrible. The team struggled with the installation and everyone seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.

I would recommend them to anyone. In fact I already recommended the installers to one of my neighbors.

The sales person was knowledgeable and the product is very good. There were some issues with my custom windows, but they were upfront about it and everything got installed eventually. I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the craftsmanship and respect of the workers for my home.

Workers need better communication. For example, they would disappear for an hour and not bother to tell me that they were driving to the hardware store to replace the light bulb that they broke in the bathroom OR that they were eating lunch.

Installation was quick and the quality was top notch.
