I welcome Renuity to check back with me in a few months for a likely to recommend but I have only had them for two days. I loved the experience and communication and installation crew (of one man) but I will need to operate the windows for a little while to effectively recommend the product itself.

Not all projects go exactly as planned, but that is where the value of Renuity really shined. Yes, I did raise a couple of concerns with the Operations Mgr. The response was above and beyond what I expected to receive. A very fast professional response was received. They immediately remedied my concerns. They had an obvious drive to make sure we would be happy with our new shower. We couldn't be more pleased!

Sent the wrong base, grab bar and shower door. Installation took three days and the plumbing leaked requiring an additional day to repair that included fixing damaged ceiling where the leak surfaced in the room below. The corner shelves for the shower still have not yet arrived! Need I say more?

The entire process was smooth, efficient and professional. Our sales representative did a very good job explaining the product and the process and our two installers could not have been more pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient. They did a great job including cleaning up and removing all the old windows after the install. Trinity did everything exactly how and when they said they would. Highly recommend!

There was some minor damage done to the flooring during installation

The shower leaks. The color wasn’t true to what we were told. It has more brownish gold than Gray. And it was supposed to be vice versa. I believe the pan is not the right pan. It doesn’t have the two blocks over the drain cover.

I have had previous experience with Renuity/Rite Window, with the instillation of two outside doors, so as I repeat customer I called again for more work to be done, this time a replacement window. I accepted the offer for a new shower in June this year and was told it would be installed in 6 to 8 weeks. Heard in August that all parts weren’t ready. Made numerous calls with no response. Thought I was being scammed but finally got a call from management asking me to be patient. I agreed but was told in September that they could put the shower in in October. I told them to cancel the order and that I would contact BBB. They made a good offer and promised to have the job done by the first of October. I accepted the offer and the men had the job done in a day.
