I would recommend because of quality but very expensive for most people.

I was told clearly by your rep that the payments to the finance company could be paid with a credit card. We considered the points that would be gained on that card as part of what brought the price of the project to a reasonable amount. After the project is complete and the financing papers are received, it appears that cannot be done. That cost us money. Your guys did a great job but this detracts from the entire project. I would not recommend any company that provides essentially false information to a prospective customer. It's tantamount to a bait and switch.

Friendly, efficient and very neat. They cleaned and swept up after they did the work snd hauled all demolitions away.

Definitely knew the "how too's "of prep and installing the new shower....one who did not speak English but a hard worker and an all around expert who knew installation.

Renuity displayed the flexibility required when working in a high-rise multi-unit residential building, which included scheduling reliably and working cooperatively with building management and property maintenance staff.

For several years, we had wanted to replace a one-piece shower that was original equipment in our 30 year-old house. We met with several providers and felt most comfortable using Renuity because of the quality of their product. We were not disappointed with the end product and are very proud of our new Kohler shower!

Oscar is a very talented installer. I was impressed with the work he did with his hands but also his soft-spoken manner with his two helpers, who instantly responded to what ever he needed. I never learned the names of Oscar's two helpers but those guys busted their butts all day. The trio worked like a oiled choreographed machine.

The crew did a very good job. One small complaint they forgot to remove 2 stickers from the top rail of the shower. It took my wife a couple of hours to remove. Probably would have taken them 10 minutes.

Sales was very pleasant, but pressured. Cost is crazy expensive.

What we thought was a good deal has grown sour in our view as the price apparently is way more than we agreed!

This is the second time I used thiis type Of product and Renuity were much better installers than the installers who did my first job with this product by Kohler .They did the demolition and installation in one day .

Unfortunately always a chasm between the sales pitch and the actual service. Show up when you say you will. We planned on the basis of the times you provided. Nobody answered the phone when I called to determine status, no one returned my call,?and I am still waiting for you to respond to my request to remove the ugly and unsightly stickers you left on my bathroom
