The finish work was horrible. Broken stucco, caulking horrendous - slopped on with no definition or concern for aesthetics.

I had a problem with the fact that no one could speak English. In the beginning there was a guy who spoke English, but he did not stay after the initial beginning of the job. After he left, communication was impossible. I did my best to try to communicate but was not successful. The caulking job was not satisfactory. Even after they attempted to make it better, it still was not satisfactory. I personally used to do caulking jobs, so I know how it is done and know how to do a good job.

From the first person I talked to at the Home and Patio show to the last person that signed off on the job, I have nothing but praise for their knowledge and professionalism installing my sliding glass doors. They showed up on time and kept us informed of any problems. The quality of my doors is super. We are very happy with their product.

Was highly satisfied with the salsman and the team as a whole. had a couple small hiccups on our side and theirs that was corrected quickly. HOA stuff on our side. Install team forgot to bring the little cover pieces for the screw holes but cae right back took care of it.
