The salesman did his job, showing us the product, then the cost negotiation started. The first price was outrageous, the salesman started his deal making the cost drop, still to high it dropped again. We finally agreed on a price. Why not give the client the best price at the start instead of all that BS. We probably paid too much if we were willing to put more time in the price may have come down. We did like the product.

The windows are very nice. Turnaround time from order to installation was excellent. The installers were on time, careful about covering everything and leaving no mess. The job was finished in reasonable time and they were polite and efficient.

It was a good process, we did have one misunderstanding, which, after talking to someone was easily taken care of. I think that’s great since there will br problems when you’re doing something as complicated as as what they had to do for us and to be able to resolve it to everyone’s satisfaction says a lot about this company.
