The folks who perform the work are very nice, and the workmanship is high quality when it's completed. Getting to the point of having work scheduled, signing agreements needed to start work or after work is completed, and even paying is a frustrating and slow process. Until they get better organized and have better communication skills, expect many phone calls and emails to try to coordinate things, and expect to be able to turn on a dime to "schedule" work with only a day or two of notice.

We had a previous experience with the same type of issues some years back. The company that did the work at that time, I would never recommend anyone to use that company. They did not do a very good job in any aspect. Rainbow did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Experience a minor issue with spring start up -- called -- and was resolved same day. Excellent, dependable service.
Review of Zipco by W.A.D.
Zipco was extremely professional and responsive to our needs on the roof replacement. The follow-through was tremendous and some installation issues were caught by site superintendent and taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend Zipco for anyone needing work accomplished.
Review of Kohler Bathroom Design Service by Barbara T.
We are thrilled with the design. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to remodel and actually implement the design!
