Bath Plant was excellent to work with, and they were very alert. If I called with a question, and they were not available, they made sure to call me back as soon as possible. The installer did an excellent job, he was very accommodating, and answered any questions I had.

I have two outside outlets (one on the back and one in the front). I noticed that the one in the front is flashing red. Why is that?

If it's solid red it might be indicating a tripped GFCI, if it's flashing it might be defective. When I say might it's because not all GFCI-s have the same type of light or color. Some are lit when o ... read more
