Owner Russell Benes opened his first PuroClean office in 2014. Since late 2019, he’s been providing 24-hour restoration services in all of Jacksonville with his new office, PuroClean of Jacksonville Southbank.

Russell prides himself on operating his two franchisees with the help of a highly competent, well trained, and professional team behind him. Most importantly, because of his background as an emergency first responder, Russell has a deep understanding and compassion for those whose homes have been damaged or even destroyed. We have 3 7-year old weeping willows that have suffered major tree damage. Should we try to restore them or start over?
