Owner Russell Benes opened his first PuroClean office in 2014. Since late 2019, he’s been providing 24-hour restoration services in all of Jacksonville with his new office, PuroClean of Jacksonville Southbank.

Russell prides himself on operating his two franchisees with the help of a highly competent, well trained, and professional team behind him. Most importantly, because of his background as an emergency first responder, Russell has a deep understanding and compassion for those whose homes have been damaged or even destroyed. It depends. Your contractor has to get the permiting office's approval and if your space doesn't meet code, he/she must request a variance. Permiting can take a few hours, days and sometimes weeks.. ... read more
