I placed my order through Home Depot and Precision Countertop was the installer. MSI was the source of my granite slab. I thought all three organizations did a great job and worked well together !

Scheduling timelines - you need to allow contractors to buy direct to save time or employ your own contractors that do demo and waterproofing. Needing full total cost before tiling even begins or is finished. Not buying material after deposit is put down.

The purchase was made through Home Depot. Simple countertop with a 4" backsplash. You immediately charged us an extra ~$45 because you wanted to cut the backsplash at 6" at the same time as the countertop. We complained, but it was clear you were not going forward without additional payment. The measuring guy showed up and complained that he could not get a good measurement because the old top had not been removed. Removal was part of the contract!! Yes it should have been done first, by you. The vanity top showed up and was installed crooked. This was noticed by the guy that came in to measure the backsplash. The top installers came back, but cut into the door moulding instead of trimming the top as it was too big!! The backsplash installers then used clear caulking when the rock was nearly white and the wall paint is nearly white. Forcing us to repaint when otherwise not needed!! Absolutely horrible experience. You asked how you could make it right, start by refunding the extra charge that was imposed by you, for your benefit, not because we changed anything.

We looked at and ordered a rust concrete countertop. When it was installed the countertop had many discolored spots.Had we noticed before it was installed we would not had accepted the order. After installation it was very noticeable but would have been hard to remove To admit the problem would have been the correct move instead of saying it was someone else’s fault. Would have a problem of recommending your company

Working through Home Depot made this project relatively easy.

The stone is beautiful. The points that prevent me from recommending to a friend are;
1) I was charged for one additional opening in the back splash than we actually have. This is only a 25$ cost. However, it is a detail that was missed.
2). The back splash does not like up with the countertop / waterfall, it is 1/4” shorter. This prevents a clean line from the floor all the way up.
3) the counter top inside corner by the sink does not meet exactly, it is off by 1/8”. The other inside corner does meet exactly, showing that it could have met up perfectly.

Professional and resolved minor issues quickly

They were very professional from phone contact to measuring person to installer - all A+ - thank you!

The measuring and installation was good. However, when customer signature required, after install, only show a signature block on phone and one thinks they are signing for install but in fact they are agreeing that install, color and cut is good. The color installed was not color I agreed to when shown sample. Not a difference in dye lot but as stated by installer" we changed the color, took out yellow and put in more white". Cannot get an answer from Precision, Stonewall and Home Depot has sent emails to all with no response. Very disappointed.

Precision and as helpful and patient throughout the entire process. We had a hard time making a decision and changed our mind two or three times. In the end, we were completely satisfied with our choice.

The back of our counter was cut about an inch too short. Our entire backsplash is on hold until the new piece is delivered and we have even heard from you guys since the day of installation. Is there a new piece coming? When can it be installed?

Install looks great! After they were finished, they informed us that they were unable to put in the dishwasher secure because the one they had didn’t fit. The install was already complete, so there’s nothing we could do about it.

They ended up cutting out the hole for the sink inside my home which caused Granite dust to float everywhere in several rooms. it was a mess inside the sink cabinet and got all over the outside and inside of the other cabinets, on the brand new wood flooring and carpet. it ended up on the walls where we had fresh paint and doors. Plus it is a very serious health risk of breathing in Granite dust!! they did not warn us before they started cutting and explaining what they were going to be doing. it was super loud with their cutting tool, which was sparking everywhere. Also, the cut of the granite slab countertop was off. the cut of the granite was not flush with the sides of the cabinets on either side of the oven and also was not flush with the side of the cabinet next to the refrigerator. It is a very tight fit for the oven to slide in and it barely makes it in there.

Could not be happier with installation of our countertop, new sink and new tile backsplash! Scheduling was very easy - everyone was on time and professional. Very good work and much appreciated! A great value from a professional company.

My garbage disposal still doesnt work and when i contacted you about it i was told youd get an electrician to fix it. Over a week and multiple emails later and nothing.
