We had a seamless experience with Precision Countertops. We unfortunately had the majority of our countertops done with a local business and it was a horrible experience. But we chose to have Precision do our laundry room. Not only was the cut perfectly done, but they siliconed around the entire counter. They also allowed me to chose the overhang on my sink and my edge profile. Communication was great on all levels. I wish I would have ditched our local guys (who couldn't care less) and had gone 100% with Precision, who actually cared about our experience.

I highly recommend Precision for your new countertops. Our granite countertops turned out beautifully The installers are truly craftsman at the their trade. Ashley Jackson is knowledgeable and very easy to work with. They all did a great job. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

So many extra high fees. I was very disappointed at the gaps between the wall and the strip installed on the wall. I understand the Sheetrock isn’t perfectly level but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do with the gaps that are very visible.

Both measuring tech and installation techs did not communicate throughout the process. Finished installation looks unprofessional and will not last.

This home is a second residence, and we were away for installation. Came back to a wonderful job. No Hassle.

I was impressed by their professionalism. They have tools and knowledge to do the job right. But, they have done 2 countertops for us and neither one of the splices is smooth☹️.
I assumed they could make that area match elevations. Am I being overly picky? When we pay that kind of money for countertops I expect a seam to be almost invisible. Is that problem created by the installers or the people thst cut it ?

The countertop is beautiful and was artfully done and makes the kitchen look much more contemporary.
The intermezzo is very durable yet beautiful and matches nicely with other components in the kitchen.
It looks wonderful and certainly raises the overall value of the home as the kitchen is such an important part of it.

The customer service has been acceptable, but I am not satisfied with the countertop installation. The crew appeared to be in a hurry, and during the process, they installed the countertop and placed five screws through one side of the cabinet. The screw heads are visible, which indicates that proper care and installation techniques were not followed. This outcome suggests that more attention to detail and better workmanship are needed to ensure a quality finish.

End of the day hurried installation. Adhesive residue was not initially cleaned up properly and penetrated into the finished surface. Installer was hesitant about installing code required air gap device where customer requested. New range was in place for countertop in stallion. Customer moved the range out of the way for the installation and installers man handled it putting it back into place. The range was repacked and stored for flooring installation. Upon reinstalling damage was found from the “man handling”. This was reported to Precision but was 2 months after install but was assured it would be looked into for a solution. It’s been two weeks and NOTHING! This will be reported to The Home Depot as this purchase was through them.
