Finish work was horrifying

I have already recommended Precision to my friends and will do so again

End of the day hurried installation. Adhesive residue was not initially cleaned up properly and penetrated into the finished surface. Installer was hesitant about installing code required air gap device where customer requested. New range was in place for countertop in stallion. Customer moved the range out of the way for the installation and installers man handled it putting it back into place. The range was repacked and stored for flooring installation. Upon reinstalling damage was found from the “man handling”. This was reported to Precision but was 2 months after install but was assured it would be looked into for a solution. It’s been two weeks and NOTHING! This will be reported to The Home Depot as this purchase was through them.

The team was on time, fast, professional, considerate, and just did an all around awesome job!

Delays at every stage. Error in templating. Our countertop got broken and no one told me they couldn't come install it until I called less than 24hrs ahead to confirm the install and was told about the breakage. I had already paid a handyman to come uninstall our gas stove and had to have him back the next day to reinstall, and the company was unwilling to pay me back for this wasted money. Plus it required lots of days off work with the rescheduled date. However, the final product looks nice so 2 stars out of 5.

I liked the people and the quality of their work, but they didn't give me the chance to advise them about the counter's seam placement. To me, the place they chose is disappointing. I worry it jeopardizes the longevity of the installation.

I love my new countertops! They are beautiful!!! The communication from this company was top notch from the very beginning to the end!

I can’t say enough about the customer service that u received from those who work at Precision Countertops!! Sarah was so great to work with.. we had run into some situations on our part with our contractor dealing with family emergencies, which prolong us in getting the measurements for the countertops.. As we were gone during this time, but she worked with our contractor once he was ready for the measuring & installation of the countertops!! The guys who came out & measured & installed to a beautiful job of installing.., The countertops are beautiful and it looks just like a ‘Sand Storm!’ Thank you so much & yes I would tell everyone to go to Precision Countertops!!!

The design of the quartz was more vibrant then the sample. It was artistic in nature. Absolutely beautiful.

Counter tops were not wrapped or protected in any way which resulted in a corner being chipped off.

I had one friend Precision Countertops, then a bit later another friend said they use Precision and were very happy. It was such a big job with lots of decisions. I got good ideas from everyone I worked with.

Installers put in a sink that was obviously not new. It was in the original box but had been a returned item and it was dirty with obvious signs it wasn’t new. We didn’t see it until they installed it. My opinion I think they should have alerted me or at least asked if it was what I wanted. The Home Depot should have looked at the sink when it was returned to see that it had putty around the drain and it was filthy. When I asked them to remove it I was told I would have to pay extra to remove it and to reinstall a new one. Also they punched a hole in the drywall wall and when I saw it I asked them to repair it. He said it was already there but I have a picture until before installation that shows it wasn’t. They puttied it up.

There were overcharges for large slab (>20sqft) and reinforcement bars that weren't installed

I purchased through Home Depot. I wish there were larger samples and samples of the edge profiles. Also upfront knowledge that you default to 3/4" mdf. Maybe that is industry standard, but it would have altered some of my choices.

Do not recommend. I paid a lot for their service just to be left with an improper installed countertop that sags in the middle with gaps on each end of the bathroom vanity. I paid for the countertop to be built up per foot to account for a revel edge and all they did was stack some shims spaced several feet apart. I was told they “fixed” it when they came back out but they were only at my house for 5 min with no tools and no changes. Then they came out again and said it’s good enough “within industry standards”

Installer very reluctant to drill hole for soap dispenser. Gave me several reasons not to have a dispenser. Seams are not totally smooth. Window ledge installed flat - should be tilted slightly.

Contracted through Home Depot. Would recommend!

Everything about Precision Countertops support the company’s name, and I highly recommend them.
They provide clear and timely communication.
The team that did deconstruction and installation were very efficient and the quality of the seem is amazing.
The quality of the quartz is fabulous and the the precision of the layout especially between two columns is surgical.

Scheduling is NOT convenient for customers. You appear to have a take it or leave it policy, leaving the customer to wait unnecessarily. This company is NOT the right fit for the properties I develop or buy to remodel.

They are beautiful the only problem I have is you can see the seams, the pattern was not matched up so the seams are very obvious.

From the first consultation to the installation of the counters, this was the best experience of our entire house remodel! The communication, the timelines, the attention to detail, is just so impressive. When the installation crew got to our house, they saw we just put in new floors so they completely covered them with protective wrap, and the entire work area in the kitchen, and every place they put down their tools, so no harm would be done to our new floors. They wore special booties so that they didn't mark our floors. The cabinets are so well done they look seamless! Exactly what we wanted! Thank you to the entire team! Couldn't be happier!

Very efficient, courteous knowledgeable.

We purchased the countertops through Home Depot. The process went seamlessly through Precision Countertops and was scheduled based on our need to have some preliminary work done on our cabinets. We were able to visit their showroom to view slabs of quartz, which aided in our choice. Communication with Precision was never a problem and everyone we encountered was professional and informative.

They did a great job and it was fun to see the whole process.
