Install was quick and PERFECT!!

Precision Countertops, Inc. did a reasonably good job. They were very good at communication, and they stood behind their work.

I was told to expect the counters to be installed 8 -11 on a Tuesday. When they hadn't arrived by 12:00 I called, and was informed that the counter wasn't ready and they'd get back to me. The original person I worked with was out of the office for the week.

Good value. Good people. Time to complete the project was a bit long. Not just the install. The entire project start to finish .

Countertops are not level

I will not hesitate to recommend Precision Countertops to anyone I know who needs new countertops.

They kept us informed every step of the way. Installation was smooth and easy. The countertops and backsplash is beautiful.

We have been pleased with the quality of the work from the templates, the demolition, the installation, the plumber and the tile setter -- all outstanding! The scheduler did an excellent job of keeping the project on time and moving. And the finished product is beautiful -- we are very satisfied.

I would probably not choose to use Precision again but had no choice to use them since this is who Home Depot is contracted with

Experienced team, did a good job

The installation team was to arrive sometime between 8-11, with a call 30 minutes before arrival. Instead, they called at 7:40am saying they'd arrive in 5 minutes. It was an early morning scramble for us. When they arrived, they cut wood in my front grass, leaving a pile of sawdust. They also cut wood in my bathroom, and left the top drawers full of sawdust and wood chunks. We didn't want them applying the silicone, especially without it being clean, so they honored that request and didn't do it. They rushed through the signoff process, and since it wasn't clean it was hard to tell if it was ok. After they left, we cleaned with a microfiber and mild cleaner and found a several inch scratch on the countertop. I didn't choose this company, they were assigned by Home Depot. I wouldn't choose them in the future.

Do a walk through before leaving. They had to shim a couple cabinets, and the shims were not cut off so they are sticking out a couple inches. I was also told they would caulk a couple areas that was a wider area--which I specifically asked if it was too big of a gap to caulk and was told no, it would be okay. After they left, I discovered those places were left open and were not caulked. There was some damage to the kitchen sink cabinet floor. It was difficult to get the countertop in and level in the kitchen, but I was not informed the floor under the kitchen sink was so badly damaged that I had to completely remove and replace it after the fact. I understand things don't always go as planned, but I didn't know the damage had occurred until I was looking around after the installers left. However, the installers were all very nice and helpful. I'm just wondering if they were getting tired at the end of the day so missed a few things.

Counter install went fine, no problems. Not even two weeks later the butcher block counter top started splitting from where the seams meet, and the split is deep and getting worse. The counter tops are also very rough in spots like they were not sanded nor sealed. We contacted Home Depot (who we went through and they sub contract to Precision), and contacted Precision Counter Tops directly, too. Here we are over a month and half gone by and still no help from Precision to fix the problem. True, butcher block will change over time but less than two weeks after install and we didn't even put anything onbthe counter top and it splits and will keep getting worse. Precision representative said they'd talk to install manager, and now they are not reaching out to us at all. Even Hime Depot rep has tried contacting Precision representative and n word. I would not recommend them at all! Now we are stuck with this large crack in the counter top and unsmooth surface and it is very frustrating for what we paid. Not a happy customer!

It was a very pleasant experience—from the beginning of the process, from measuring to installation.

I had a delay because of my contractor in being prepared for the countertop delivery. I had purchased my countertops at a discount, which was subsequently rescinded because of an unknown clause saying I had to have type counters installed by a certain date.

Very professional exchange and all went as planned, including scheduling, communication, and install. My kitchen looks beautiful.

Everything with the countertops went smoothly and any questions that I had were answered by Ashley. My new countertops are beautiful and I can't wait till the rest of the kitchen is finished.

The customer service lady Jesse was rude, didn't answer my questions and sounded intoxicated every time I talked to her. We wanted to get backsplash along with the countertops. We got approved for the job. I paid for it, got the materials and at the last moment they said they weren't able to do the job. So I had to return everything and the job wasn't completed. They should not have approved it in the first place if they couldn't do it.

Job is not finished. The corner has wood and a screw in it. Why? I've never seen a countertop with a screw propped up with wood and into the back wall of the kitchen. Is the screw holding down the countertop? Is it not properly installed?

The entire process went well from start to finish. The people were good and the price was competitive. I would use Precision again in the future.

The workmen who came were efficient and pleasant. There was some woman who would repeatedly send text messages who I found rather rude, and I’m not sure what her purpose was other than to make sure that I had my act together and let me know the consequences if I didn’t.

Install went fine. Was expecting the install team to install the physical sinks but not the plumbing. They did not.

I did not like the appointment scheduling at all. Being all through texting was annoying. Whoever was texting me did not seem friendly or helpful. And it would have been much more efficient to just call instead of texting back and forth. I felt like I was inconveniencing the person texting and I am supposed to be the client. I also think having to schedule being free an entire day is ridiculous. I have worked with other companies that are as busy if not busier than yours and they do not expect you to leave an entire day free when scheduling.
