I can only speak for my experience, and as a contractor of 30+ years I don't recommend just anybody. The crew that installed my countertops was excellent. They were on time, patient, and skilled. The finish caulking in some tough areas was perfect. I would 100% refer this crew to anyone.

The wood support under the countertop wasn't right - wasn't touching in some places. My husband said he needed to build supports and caulked everything together. He didn't tell me until after he did it so I don't have pics.

I wouldn't let them even install a counter in my dog house for my dog

There weren't enough color choices through Home Depot

We bought two toilets and had our kitchen countertops replaced. Kitchen went great! But had problems about the insulation of toilet

Good quality products, knowledgable employees and very accommodating with our schedule, which took way longer than we expected--due to changing needs on our part. Precision was great and waited until we were ready for installation.

Precision Countertops are very professional. We have used them twice with excellent results both times. From initial communication, design and installation they are the best!

Definitely recommend anyone who's looking to get counter tops. We didn't have demo to take out so it was a huge relief for the actual crews installing. We kept it as simple as we could on our end, and you guys had no problems measuring and getting the order done right the first time. It was all custom for a tiny house, built in sink included in the order. We loved the color of the counter tops. Ya never actually see how it's gonna be in the end with just a tiny sample from the store. But y'all made freakin rocked it! Wish all companies could be as professional as y'all. Hopefully we get years of enjoyment out of the countertops. Huge thank you. P.s. price wasn't way expensive either, that was a huge help. Thanks again

I have tried reaching out. We have a slab not cut correctly or secured properly and I need assistance and resolution asap.

The process was too remote and took too long. The installation crew refused to caulk using the industry best-practice. The material might be the incorrect color.

Absolutely. The gentlemen did a beautiful job.

Overall performance from the starting to finish were streamlined. Most of them are well explained and easy to approach to ask any question.

I would recommend it for people who want a countertop that isn't as clangy or hard as granite or quartz, and comes in great shades.

I don't feel I was adequately prepared for the install. I had no idea that changing my cabinets would include tool damage to my walls outside of removal of the prior tile and caulk smeared all over the place for me to clean up. When I reached out for clarification I was told that's normal and my responsibility. I simply wasn't prepared to fix a ton of damage.

Terrible experience

The countertops themselves are excellent. What really puts me off, is how long it took from ordering at Home Depot, to the actual delivery date. It took months.

We were informed all the way through the process keeped in toutch with us . We were able to have ours Installed in a couple weeks after ordering the installers were polite and informative on our countertops even put rugs down to keep our floors clean

The installation was done very well. The installers were very polite and professional.

We are happy with the product and the outcome. Disappointed in the process. There was a week delay in getting our countertop ordered. Where when we called in to find out our schedule we learned that our project wouldn't start until we paid in full. We didn't receive our final invoice until a week after the countertop measurement. Two things 1) It is very strange to pay in full for a product before receiving it. We would have appreciated knowing this in advance. 2) if we had received the invoice sooner we would have saved a week in our schedule.

There was also a problem ordering our tile. Initially the wrong tile was ordered. It took some time to resolve this as well. After multiple calls and conversation with Alissa with no resolution, Amy got involved and saved the day! She was clear in her communications, managed our expectations very well, communicated regularly, and solved the problem. She was great!

Marilyn was great in the showroom helping us out and Amy was great in fixing our situation.

We worked with Precision on the recommendation from our contractor. When we told him about our experience he was surprised and disappointed for us.

Ultimately we will tell our friends - proceed with caution around schedule and payment but the outcome is great!

I highly recommend Precision. While we did have an issue with the installation, Precision resolved it immediately and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Fantastic!
