We are really pleased with the professionalism and above and beyond service. We love our new windows, we have seen a savings in our energy bill and noticeable decrease in outside noise.

I called Customer Service and never got results..only promises...and then the promises never happened!

They lied too many times and took advantage of my disabled mother's memory issues. They made up my monthly income and added me as a co-applicant on the credit application without my knowledge.
The communication about the project was terrible. The area around the house and garden wasn't cleared properly. They messed something up with the solar panels. When I tried to reach out, no one responded, especially after they said they would. I'm really dissatisfied and extremely disappointed. My mother has done so many projects with this company, and I don't think the quality is worth it. There seem to be ongoing issues with items breaking or not closing as they should. Additionally, certain areas do not appear to be properly sealed, and the doorbell has not been reinstalled.

Poor communications, not taping Sean's to vapor barrier, got the 'run around" from project Mars, and more. Very disappointed with this particular group of people involved when work started.

They were extremely professional and communication about the process was very good. Also very considerate on how they left the jobsite clean.

Excellent work and completed as expected

It was the BEST experience I've had working with a contractor or trade.
Every person on the job was so friendly and professional. I could ask them anything at any time! I could tell that each person on the job knew exactly what they were doing, without question! My windows are beautiful 😍 and I feel like the guys are a part of my family.

Loved the windows and the installers
They were great. The sales group and quality control not so much. They are very pushy to sale.

They were professional and they explained everything. I appreciated that.

I didn’t like the sales pressure. I wanted written guarantees and itemized sales receipts for taxes.

The installers were good but the caulking is not very professional and needs attention/repair/redone.

I’m not sure how to operate the window screens.

I do not have the screens for the double sliding glass door.

I like to live with the product for a period of time before I rate it or sign off.

I am overall pleased with product.

PHR has great products. But, even better than their products are the people they have that work for them. From sales to installers. Top notch, thoughtful, skilled and considerate.
