From start to finish the plan and schedule were established and followed. The work was well coordinated and clearly communicated. Power closely monitored and reviewed the work performed. Workers at all levels provided a consistent positive image of the organization. The phone app provided all important information and facilitated the work. I am impressed.

I’m overall happy with Power Home Remodeling — they did both the windows and the solar for us. I’m really happy with the windows, but with the solar we didn’t have as great of an experience, so my rating reflects both.

The crew was courteous and efficient. They respected my property were done in one day. They cleaned up well afterwards as well.

Will likely recommend to friends who are financially able to afford it. I cannot recommend to everyone because the prices are more expensive than others.

The crew was right on time. Got right to work, carefully covering our rugs. They worked well, getting 4 windows installed in just 3 hours including cleanup which was perfect. Love those Pella windows! They carefully demonstrated how to clean both sides.

I did not like the way they did the charges on my credit card. The 3% for using my credit card. The salesman told me we would not be charged. I ended up paying them cash.

Up until my last project, which was project number 9, I would have probably had no reluctance in recommending. However, I was very disappointed and frustrated with my last project, which was "completed" and logged as such in my Project Pulse app on Feb 2, 20206. That was completely false and should have never been logged as such. After weekly/bi-weekly calls, empty promises of returned calls (never happened once until it all reached critical mass), avoidance, empty promises for scheduled installs, where the crew just never showed up, multiple phone calls with multiple different people, all whom had to be giving the same story that I had probably giving and repeated 10+ times....just flat out unprofessional, disappointing and it leaves me not wanting to deal with power home for any future projects. On a positive note, just today Apr 7th, 2026, 9 weeks after you all officially logged my project as "complete", it was finally taken care of. I guess I should thank the crew who showed up on their "day off" and "volunteered" to finally finish my 12-window project...or so that's what I was told.

Great communication throughout the process with the team-members involved. There were changes that were required on our end due to life circumstances and there was never pressure, lack of professionalism, or pushback to the alterations we needed to make. Everyone we spoke with demonstrated an eagerness to work with us, a willingness to go the extra mile, and followed through to ensure the project was completed to a high standard and our desired result. Using Power Home Remodeling for future projects isn't an if, but when.
