Overall install of roof and gutters was completed safely and quickly. Clean up was the unsatisfactory part of the project. Power will need to comeback and clean up. I should have requested other bids for comparison of Power's price. Most of the folks I dealt with at Power were good. I would recommend to others to get a quote from Power after you have received from others too. Do your homework before proceeding. Know what you need and be prepared for the up sale.

The staff was very knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves

They left a mess in my house with the first installation, cracked five different places on my siding, and they had to come back and finish another window. They came back three different times. Their customer service was great when all was said and done. They rectified the issues, but it was very frustrating.

Power cancelled on us twice and gave us no heads-up after we had taken time off for being there for them but did make up for it. There was some poor-quality work done but someone did come out and make up for it.

I had windows and siding done, and it was during all the snow in February. I just thought it was very unwise for the company to send a crew out when it was about 1 degree outside. They were putting windows in my house on a Saturday when it was sub‑zero temperatures. It wasn’t a good idea, and the same thing happened with the siding. Because of the snow, things didn’t get cleaned up. It’s really not the crew’s fault — it’s the scheduling.
