I am still finding nails in my yard and driveway. They did use tarps to catch some but I do not feel it worked well.
I was told they would start one day and it was a week later. They took over a week to complete the job.

This company and all its employees were amazing! Super friendly and talented people. No pressure sales but we couldn’t pass up the deal we were offered. The amount of time the sales man spent in our home. I was told it could be about an hour and it took at least 3 hours. As, the pressure put on us was too much. You should allow time for the homeowner to think about it overnight at least, instead of giving the ultimatum saying you have to purchase now or you will not get the "discount".

The process was fairly seamless and easy for me!

I was injured because of their neglect to clean up debris.

The salespeople were informative and provided a comprehensive presentation without being pushy. We were upfront about what we did not like from other vendor presentations and sales tactics, and the company reps accounted for this in their approach.

Recommend with caution. This was my 1st window replacement project experience. PHR is a professional caring operation from beginning to end. Excellent customer service - actual knowledgeable persons capable of assistance. Caution for the high pressure sales team at all points.
