Original date of the job was Saturday June 13th. I had confirmed the appointment on Friday June 12th, but on the date, we were waiting from 7:30, but the crew didn't show up on time. They went to a job two houses up from our house. That job was scheduled for Monday June 15th. We received a call from PHRG claiming that we made the mistake. The other customer with the job scheduled for Monday, was not me. I was able to talk to someone and explain what happened and the crew was redirected to our location. They showed up close to 10:00 to do the job. That didn't happen because it was impossible to communicate with the crew sent to do the job. In the end, the crew left because they claimed they felt threatened by me and because they thought I was going to call ICE. If they were able to understand me, we might not have had this problem. It was very frustrating for me. The roof installation was rescheduled for Tuesday June 17th. The situation was better, but for these reason I probably won't recommend PHRG unless someone asked me directly, and even then it won't be glowing. Despite this being the fifth job we had PHRG do for us (doors, siding, windows, insulation and roof), this one was bad. We didn’t have any problems prior to this horrible experience. I am glad we won't have to hire you again.

They have been a successful business for a very long time, from start to finish everyone has been pleasant to work with including the laborers, and the fact that the warranty is transferable if I sell the house was a big plus!

Due to some low quality installation. I kinda find it hard to even show my neighbors the quality of work and then tell them how much I paid.

The Power Home Remodeling team were all very helpful and attentive. They also put in a better recommendation that also was cheaper. I plan to use them again in the future.

She made the whole process easy and a lot of fun. She also is a whiz at matching the color to my house. The gentlemen that installed my gutters were polite, friendly, and very good at their job.
